Not surprised Wilkshire has gone - he has virtually no coaching experience, and has lacked insight as a commentator compared to the others, but really surprised about Rene? Vastly experienced and has written the Man U Youth Acad curriculum.

I expect personal changes under Popa but all attacking/creative players will be expected to adhere to strict defensive duties.
I expect faster attacking transitions compared to Arnold's teams.
Jury out on how Popa-ball will translate to breaking down low blocks.
I don't expect games under Popa to be particularly entertaining.

I just realized we play China in 14 days. How time flies!!!! Not much time for an assessment of players and how they might fit into the team. Good that Poppa has some idea from the time spent at Victory.
Presumably that means the squad is selected sometime next week. Yikes!!!!
