As much as Garcia frustrates me, the guy has a goal and 2 assists this season. He deserves to be there, and Sidnei can bring some energy off the bench. Everyone else pretty much picks themselves.
I went Castro in midfield rather than Garcia because he works much harder.

Even though Sidnei brings energy, he is not quick. He gets chased down too easily for a winger.

I'd be inclined to give Williams a run a LB (not sure he can play that side) and put another MF onto the bench.

The problem with Glory's MF is that there is no single MF who can monster it.

Castro is more suited to being up front and playing those killer passes into the box.
Sandor is more a DM, and then pops up in front of goal.
Marinkovic drifts in and out of games and ten score a ripper from open play or a FK.

Last year Glory had Griffiths at the back. He would break down any attacks and then feed to the MF. There's nothing like that this season.

Yes, quite correct ... it's not the best time.

I'm squeezing Nebo into my best 16 no matter what.
He's one of my first picked.
Too bad some say he goes missing a bit sometimes, but worth his weight in gold at any free kick, every corner, plus a few long range smacks.

Then drop Fernandez and slot Nebo next to Castro.

Nebo is just one of the worst outfield players we have. I wish he could just take someone like Risdon aside and teach him how to hit freekicks.

With the players that we have at the moment, what sort of football would you like to see us playing?
We tend to complain about Kenny a lot, but we don't often propose solutions really.

Also, what style of players do we need to fix our side?

We speak about Kenny because he picked those players and does not have any sort of solution on how to utelis them no system at all cant string two passes toghether and showing no improvement at all.

The whole problem with your question is that we haven't got the players to pay a possession based Game. We have no midfield.

And we don't have the players to play a quick counter game. Sciola, guyon and garcia aren't nearly quick enough.

So unfortunately our only option is to field a team and try and find some players in the next transfer window for next season.

It's hard with limited cattle and add to that injuries are making it hard. Maybe when zadkovich is back we might have a better chance at holding the ball but i doubt it.

While I agree we don't have the cattle to play a 'pretty' game I have always been pretty stumped at the type of game Kenny installed. Not sure how many of you are aware of what the NTC structure was like, but he was heavily involved there and the players would get destroyed for doing things like not playing it from the back in basically every single scenario possible. The whole 443 game was repeatedly smashed down the players throats.

Maybe last year he sure an opportunity to be successful playing a 'dirty' game? And now we don't really have a choice with the players we have
