WGMG: Dunno why it GMG as such, I find it more irritating, but people who say 'cool beans'. Just been organizing a uni group assignment meet up for tomorrow, and this one girl constantly throws in 'cool beans' at the end of each message.

WGMG: Laptop died last night. Just *black* and wouldn't turn back on so I had to take the HDD out and put it in an old laptop to rescue all my files etc. So now all my shit is running on a slow as fuck system.

GTA IV was just depressing, this seems to be more like San Andreas, and that game was brilliant.

Furious with my Media Law teacher. Basically, we have to submit our powerpoint notes/script/palm cards 24 hours before our presentation. I did so yesterday. She e-mailed me back with feedback, told me i needed to reference more and i needed to cover a few areas in more detail, but apart from that she could see i had a good knowledge of the topic.
I turned up today, did the powerpoint in 30 minutes. i spoke for 15 minutes, the other 15 minutes was her destroying my arguments, picking apart my slides, asking why i'd left things out which i should have covered, and saying i'd missed key points. She embarassed me in front of the whole class. What the fuck? Why tell me it was good if I'm missing stuff? Why not tell me in th feedback, what I'm missing or need to talk about? She knew what i was going to talk about, she could've told me in the feedback, 'you need to be talking about this, it's a key part'. But no, she waits until class and then does it. What's the point of submitting an assignment 24 hours before for feedback if the teacher doesn't tell you when you've got the whole thing wrong?

Wgmg: when restaurants you know and love decide they should change.
So there's this restaurant in wollongong that is pretty meaningful to the mrs & I - we come to it every time we're in the gong, and it's the restaurant we went to before I proposed to her. But it's decided to change name and I assume owners, and get all fancy (small, non filling meals, all that fancy rubbish). And to top it all off, I'm typing this after around 20 mins on the loo (poogling ftw) because less than 10 mins after leaving the place I got sick (and I never get sick from restaurants).

This. My local Indian place changed owners a few years ago. 'Punjab Palace' just doesn't have the same ring as 'da dada dhaba'.

WGMG: In hospital for a MONTH.
Leaving tomorrow for some sort of "fatting me up" to make me slightly better physically for a week or two prior to surgery
Then surgery within the next week or two.
And recovery for a week or two.
