WGMG: Internet data resets on the 11th every month and it's already capped. I can link a real estate page advertising the house I'm living in as having uncapped internet as well.

He was a man of specific quirks. He believed that all meals should be earned through physical effort. He also contended, zealously like a drunk with a political point, that the third dimension would not be possible if it werent for the existence of water.

WGMG: Customers who feel the need to take of the frustrations on you because you know i wake up soley to impact there lives in a negative way. Yesterday was the first day i saw my parents since last Sunday due to extended trade. If i sell out of something its not my problem but yours. Working in retail or many years has truly made me the grinch.

Yeah this.

I love a good traditional Christmas carol but when they turn it into a poppy song it can fuck off.

WGMG: land developer keeps hassling us to settle on our block of land even though we have a written agreement for it to be done in Feb. Builders was supposed to walk us through someones house whos is the same plan as ours but then we go and they have extended the house changed the layout of the kitchen, raked ceilings... nothing like ours and then the broker has stuffed up our costings... my wife thinks it's going to turn out better but me with my cynical side thinks it's going to cost more. Ahhhh building a first house sucks.

We are trying to sell our unit so we can buy a bigger house or build.

1st week it went to market got an offer $5000 higher than ourhoped for sale price. But the buyers were an older couple and the husband has mental health issues and had a meltdown and backed out.

No problem its only been on the market 1 week and plenty of people seem interested.

2nd week get a new offer. Realestate guy comes over and it is well below what we want.

Then the snake trys to tell us to take the deal, theres no interest, If you dont sell now you may be stuck here. I could tell my wife was goint to jump over the table and sock him one so I jumped in and said we are firm on price.

Next day 3 new buyers coming to look....

This snake is trying to force a sale anyway he can to try cash in before xmas. Even if means we were to lose tens of thousands unnecessarily.
