Maybe look into mediation. People will give you shit but it can help with a lot of things. This year hasn't been the most relaxing year in my life, I'll admit that, but apparently I've been doing this my whole life. It's getting pretty bad because the bottom of my front teeth aren't flat and straight anymore and I must be biting my cheeks as well because I can literally scrape off the white flesh on the inside of my cheek. I've also been meaning to get into meditation for my anxiety, but I don't really have much time on my own when I wouldn't be disturbed. Have you tried exercise and get in to nutrition and cooking healthy Edited by scott21: 20/12/2015 09:03:57 PM

Don't do what i did and plan for years. I researched and read everything to do with diets and exercise but never practiced it. Then one day i thought i have had enough and started training and eating better and stopped smoking. Best day of my life.

Even if it's only 10 minutes it's fine, don't make it into a huge task. Also, exercise will work just as well (if not better for you) as a stress reliever.

WGMG: Spent the night in the lock up, I brought these new pills with Mitsubishi logos on them and apparently ended up in the local red rooster shoving chicken nuggets in my bum claiming they are going to block the bombs coming out and exploding.
Mum just bailed me out, She is not happy. I bet she is very sad with me.
But more shockingly I just found out that my EX, Latifa chantelle La bruntay is pregnant. I don't know what to do.
Mum will freak at me for doing this.

WGMG: The tongue sticking out emoticon in Messenger. Whose idea was it to make it look so deranged? I just wanna use it to say "lol I'm a derp" not "I'm going to drink your blood".

WAGMG: My messages on Messenger are sending, but not delivering. No idea how I can retry sending my messages. I'm out. What a joke of an app.

Cityslicker10 wrote:How do you know it is sending but not delivering? If it's sent (but it hasn't been delivered, meaning that while the request to send the message or whatever has technically been processed, the recipient can't see it), there's a white circle with a blue outline and a blue tick inside. If it's been delivered, the circle is completely blue with a white tick.
