In WA, Year 12 is for those who turn 17 that year.

WFMB: Finally went to the new Reading cinemas, pretty sure it's the only one in Newcastle (that I know of). Went and saw the new Pirates and their big ass fucking screen and seats in 3D.
Fucking awesome.

Fucking awesome. Pretty awesome aye. Also noticed that there is a Nandos outlet below it outside which made me think of someone off here :p Is Pirates 4 any good?
He was a man of specific quirks. He believed that all meals should be earned through physical effort. He also contended, zealously like a drunk with a political point, that the third dimension would not be possible if it werent for the existence of water.

WFMB: Team had a good game today :D would've won if it wasn't for that stupid referee though! Draw was still fine though, good to not have the parents bitching at me for once.

Similar to how Canberra schools have one standardising test in Year 12 and Queanbeyan has another. So stupid.

So stupid. precisly, but considering the current parliament (not just the government) i dont think i want a standardised federal education system. They already did a pretty bad job of the curriculum.

There are some things I think should be taught in every state regardless (Australian history, a compulsory second language until Yr 10, a standardised English curriculum, etc), but even just standardising the final test format would be better than what we have. The HSC is a joke and only leads to kids freaking out about poor performances. A system like what the ACT (and Queesnland if I remember correctly) have is far more equitable and stress free.

The first one is fine, its just act education introduced that one year, so i decided to do it in yr 9, and get it out of the way, then the federal stuff came in and we had to do it again. I think were techinically breaking the rules as the people who have already dont it are doing a different subject The latter i aslo diagree with. We has compulsory lanuguages in yr 7, and no one got any of thier work done because half the class didnt want to be their and spent most of their time trashing the room.

WFMB: Being 2 points away from 1st place, especially after a horrible start to the season so to be this close is nothing short of a miracle. WAFMB: Home made lasagna.
