Also dealt a to a whole bunch of south melbourne boys for a charity gig last night before bartending. Good night on the whole.

Probably one of the best parts of working at a pub. After work having a staffie and shit jiving with everyone. Also staff get half priced drinks, so we can afford to have a few more and a few laughs off our tips.

I always enjoy it when the girls decide to do shots after work. :lol:

Our drinks aren't half price, but they're fair cheap for a nightclub. $5 pints, $5 basics, $5 aussie beers, $7 euro beers, $10 rekorderlig.

People were so fucking tight last night, we only made $35 in tips, but did over $8k sales.

Wfmb - going to a football match and seeing proper away fans, leeds broughtat least 5 bays of people to west ham today,the walk down green street to the ground was good too seeeing so many swat cops and horses,

I don't know if it's the economy or if people are just tight arses in general, but we usually don't make more then $15 in tips most Friday and Saturday nights. Last Friday night I only made $12.50 in tips. Occasionally we get a night where we each make over $20. Maybe that's just being in the pub, and not a nightclub. Although the nightclub upstairs above our pub usually does OK.

It wasn't on the first page so I gave up looking for it :P

I think it as because we had a large number of a couple of right-pursed ethnicities in the bar that night. I mean, to sell $8k+ worth of booze and only get $35 in tips is a bit shit.
