Or for the same money buy a second hand XR6 turbo or Clubsport, million times more performance, comfort and practicality, put some whiteline suspension components underneath it and it'll surprise you how well they can be made to handle.

Yeah fuel economy is not great, but my VE SS isn't thaaaat bad around town, 14l/100km isn't horror movie stuff given our old lancer used to use 11 around town. The SS will get down in the 8's on the highway too which is pretty decent.

I've got one. They're such a nice car to drive. Cheap to run, quick off the mark and pretty low entry price, especially over east.

Plus, by putting premium in it, I can get the fuel economy to under 7L/100km. :)

WFMB: Girlfriend and I made Apple Crumble for the family last night. Forgot we made an extra dish. Poking round the fridge making dinner this evening, and whammo! There's dessert sorted! Woohoo!

WFMB: Only today found out about Tenacious D's new album. :cool:

WFMB: Got a phone call from a mate at 11.30 today, telling me to meet him for lunch. Ended up going fishing with a few mates. Only just got home then. Solid day.
WFMBEM: Survivng the car ride to and from the fishing spot. Half an hour each way with a mate at the wheel who can't drive for peanuts.
