It's mostly the black fill that hurts. Got a friend who had massive black design that scarred up something shocking.

We just laughed at him. the look on his face was priceless. The smile as he went to pick his team out of the hat, and then the way his face dropped and we all knew he had England was gold.

WAFMB: I know it's cruel but the big leach from my group assignment got reported for plagarism, not once, but three times and will get reported again probably. That means he'll have his enrollment terminated. Serves him right.

Probably shouldn't laugh at other people's misfortune. But he got reported for a group assignment that he copied questions word-for-word from other people. He got reported in an exam on Tuesday for "googling" answers on his phone. He got reported again yesterday because according to the supervisor he was looking at another person's answers. And according to a mate, he bought someone's drawing assignment which was copied and pasted onto his thumbdrive.

You're right, it's not cruel.

Misfortune? He dug his own grave there. Good riddance to him. I've reported cheats because it simply is not fair that I and others spend countless hours and sleepless nights working out problems and doing research only to go to hand in lab reports and see posses copying math solutions and other answers minutes before the due date/time. Fuck em.

Some of the uni's actually have a program that searches the internet and compares it to your essay looking for matches outside of annotated quotes.

All unis have it, it's called TurnItIn. But not all courses employ it. Especially in my discipline, it's no wonder Industry is so fucking disappointed in graduates because most of them don't actually understand the work they've supposedly studied.

My university mandated that all written assessments were handed in in paper form. :lol: Fucking good luck to them.

I know we submit most of our stuff through hard copy. I've only submitted 2 assessments in 3 semesters through turnitin.

:lol: All courses that I've had to submit to Turnitin have required hard-copy submission for marking. The Turnitin upload was purely for plagiarism detection.
