I've got a very good tolerance as I'm a lazy student with a busy social life and usually wake up the same, feeling a tad groggy but nothing a good shower and a meal can't cure. However I'm an idiot and every now and then just go way overboard and put myself through hell the next day.

Have to say I'm enjoying time away from uni at the moment though and far less regular drinking nights, my sleeping pattern is definitely improving and I'm feeling a lot more energetic during the day.
