The last 12 months for me has been a big learning curve on seeing the big picture and enjoying the little things.

Its an awesome feeling. Being alone with my thoughts on the long drive home after the game me more anxious and lousy. But getting to spend a little time with my youngest snd gently putting her sleep was what I needed after today . At times my mind is chattering away and at times it eeriley goes blank
