Our financial situation is borderline. By Chance our broker is very very good friends with the land developer and works closely with our builder. Plus our land was bought by someone else but they didn't build on it within the timeframe so they lost it and we got it at 2013 price. It's a fucking ripper block. But the developer would only hold it a max of 30 days after alot of convincing then we spoke to the broker and realised we needed 90... well a few days later we got the 90. So stoked. As soon as the loans approved and i get some payment owed. I think it will be smooth sailing. Though we aren't in a massive rush. Christmas next year would be good.
