I decided to resign from Manchester United as I got bored lol. I don't really like managing big clubs as I find it gets boring, expecting to win everything and come first etc. I like to take a mid table club and build them up. Also recruiting is easier for lower clubs. You can't get the best players but you can get great players and it's seen as a massive coup and you slowly get better players but with big clubs you have to sign the very best players and they are hard to get from their clubs and cost money. EPL got boring anyway.
Looks like I'll be taking charge of either Birmingham in the CC or LA Galaxy/DC United in the MLS. Although their coach isn't sacked yet, I declared interest in the jobs all of them said "Many people see Jackson Bova as the ideal candidate for the job. The chairman has said that he would be stupid not to consider Jackson Bova for the job, nothing will be decided until [insert manager name of the club]'s future at the club is resolved."

Scrap that. I am now managing Vitesse in the Eredivisie. I got approached by them and Roda JC and I chose Vitesse because I had a higher transfer budget and they were coming 3rd last, not last unlike Roda. I have a smaller wager budget but not by too much and I could of gotten the Lazio job if I waited a couple days but Holland would be a challenge. First game; Vs Feyenoord in the Dutch Cup 3rd round.
EDIT: When everyone said we were underachieving I didn't think we were THAT much. We beat Feyenoord in the Dutch Cup after having a 1-1 draw with a late equaliser from us and winning in penalties. We matched them though during nromal time and had more shots than them and more chances and were unlucky not to score more. Their quality did show through though. Stoked.

Yeah, I'm hoping we can get all 7 players, and I'd only consider playing on if we have 6 (and the one missing is one of the less regular people or hasn't been around at all).

Yes, but I'm not 100% sure if it's a "confirm" box when you do it, which submits that squad even if you are not online when we continue, or something that the AI will over-rule.

I confirmed mine by pressing a confirm button but the AI could still override it although I doubt it.

Part of the 'confirm' is continuing. You can't do one without the other. If you dont' continue the AI can still override. And you can't continue without everyone doing it. So there's no point. We'll just say monday...say 8:30 or 9pm? EVERYBODY online, even if you're only on for long enough to submit your squad and then you have to leave again. So we can continue the game.

I probably won't be on at 9 as that's when I finish training but I might not go due to my problem, it's getting worse. I have confirmed mine and every single one of my players fits in it so surely the AI would have nothing to override? Hopefully...

They won't get the EPL licences. That's owned exclusively by FIFA.
I'm stoked by the look of that. The calendar across the top is relly freaking cool. But I'm kinda worried by how bright it is, that's not going to agree with sitting in a darkened room, playing at 3am.

Yeah, that's what I was unsure about. I know some squad rego type things (international squads, continental squads) you can just click confirm and that's it, but I'm not 100% sure of this and don't want to risk it.

I'd say set it to 9:30 monday as the date we need to be online, and then we hopefully get everyone. I don't want to delay any longer otherwise this might falter.

Are you kidding? EVERYBODY who owns a copy of FM has been sitting there at 3am playing 'one last game' and looking through their potential transfer targets.

Keirrison has been an absolute gun for me in pre season, he has 5 goals from four appearances, 2 assists and 2 MOM's I am looking forward to the new season!

Started the new season with a 3-0 win over Borough, Keirrison brace and Anderson also scored. Then beat Reading 2-0 goals to Keirrison and a Valencia free kick. Came from behind to beat West Ham 2-1 goals to Tevez and Nani. I sit equal first with City, Arsenal and Liverpool are three points behind us

I'm coming 10th with Vitesse which is an amazing climb considering when I came we were sitting at 16th. Morale has been a bitch and I should still be performing "slightly better" fuck off. Got to the quarter finals of the Dutch Cup and knocked out by Herenveen. Sold a couple of my good players because they were bitching and moaning and not turning up to training. I got a good about 4mil and I used 3.8 of it to get Ryan Mcgowan who has been great, Diego Penny for 45k which was a MASSIVE bargain. He was worse than my goalie I sold but he gets way better when he reached his late 20's. I bought a young regen DM/MC. 17. Could be a wonderkid. And when I bought him apparently kids everywhere for our club wanted to get his name on the back of their shirt yet they've never even heard of him :-s. Doubt I can get higher than 10th but we will see. Need to do some major recruiting in the off season.

So after doing the double the cunt fat mackem sacks me from Newcastle basically because I didn't win the league by a big enough margain and didnt win the FA Cup. So its off to Liverpool but wait whats that the Barca job just became available well in that case.....
