Tevez is my top scorer at the moment on 15 in 21 with Keirrison scoring 12. My wingers rotate heaps with Ronaldo at the moment the best but Valencia and Nani are awesome and Giggs and Park are very able cover. I have 16 mil for a transfer budget but really dont know what to do with it as I dont really need any signing apart from a little more depth so I may look to buy a good young CM like Zuculini or Martiniez

I have very little to write in here now that I have to do everything fot FFT FC. It's almost depressing.

Well in my second season he has pushed Rooney and Berba out of starting spots and only cost me 5 mil at the end of the first. He kind of doesn't look that great at the start but after his first season his stats improe and from what Ive heard he always performs. He also responds well to flattery as thats what I did constantly which led to me being amongst his favourite personal before I had even made a bid and he refuses to sign a new contract which expires at the end of the first season

Anyone had much experience with Marquinhos? From what I've heard (just wasted a lot of time on a FM site) he is the bees knees

I tried him once and it didn't work out. When you find a player who fights with Aguero AND Rodriguez you kind of fuck him off.

Just lost 2-1 to Rangers after going 1-0 up. Epic Fail.

Im looking at him now and I really don't know whether or not I should sign a new CM. I have plenty of players able to do the job Carrick, Veloso, Anderson, Scholes, Fletcher in what is 99% of the time a 442 but this seaosn injuries took their toll and I lost Scholes for 7 months and Anderson and Carrick both had their share of injuries. Zuculini is cheap, Martinez looks the goods and Lass Diarra wants a move to a bigger club but he would cost a fair bit

Diarra's your best option. Even if you have to pay 15-20m you'll be able to sell him on for double that in a few years if you choose to.

Things starting to smooth themselves out around mid january now. Only 4 injuries, and none of them longer than a week. Despite the mini-crisis, managed to keep ourselves a float, thanks to some tough wins, and some results going our way with other teams. Still on top of the ladder, but only by a point. Got an easy (Galatasaray) draw for the Round of 16, so that's a bit of a breather too. Infact, getting knocked out of the Carling Cup quarter final may have saved our season. Funny how stuff like that works.

More squad depth is the way to go, Funky :lol:

Oh depth isn't the problem. I've got backup for every position, and then some. It's when the Injuries seem to target certain positions that it fucks you over:p. 3 of 4 strikers. Both my Right backs, and my back up wingers on either side. We survived though. Just. Lost some games we normally wouldn't have, but thems the breaks.

This is fucking ridiculous. I have played through a whole year without a job #-o

I took over Inter. It was July and I still hadn't got a club so I did the retire thing to Everton and Inter and then applied for both and Inter wanted me first so I went with them. I have a 308mil transfer budget and I'm 1.04mil under my wage budget :cool: Apparently I need more up front so I'm gonna try sign Torres :lol:

I won 1-0. I had THIRTY THREE shots. Only 6 on target. 5 clear cut chances. FMD.

I bought Aguero for 101mil. Ibrah might be going to Chelsea so if he does i'm gonna buy Huntelaar. Ibrah is also 30 so...He is still great though.

Drew the winner of Clyde v Livingston in the Cup. 6 SPL teams were drawn v each other, so there will only be 5 SPL teams left in the quarters. The only SD3 side drew the only SD2 side, so there will be an easy beat in the quarters.

Just beat Aberdeen 2-1. Brown and Mcmanus.

AC Offered 8mil for 5mil rated Mcgeady. I said no. :lol:

Im looking at buying Wellington and a kid called Tales. Can anybody give me info on how they turn out? I know Wellington has huge potential IRL, but never heard of Tales.

Flexibility to your players and formation is your friend.

Yeah but unforeseen events have turned my hand now as Giggs plans to retire at the end of the season now I will sign Marquinhos as he is a decent winger as well as forward apparently. Which barring a massive increase of funds would rule out a Diarra bid.VDS also wants to retire but on the occasion Foster has filled in he has been just as good so I wont replace him.

Started a game with Inter, same time as s_f so I can pretty well do a lot better than him.

Every club and their dog wanted Cambiasso so I flirted around a bit and he ended up at Man City for 45-50 mil.

I have Vieira to cover, but instead I got Gokhan Inler from Udinese for 12 mil

Also sold Maicon for 19 mil, and replaced him with Dario Srna for 31 mil.
And Real Madrid come knocking with 26 mil for Maxwell, they wanted to pay 6 upfront, 20 over time, made them give me 16 straight up, 10 over time and they agreed.

Started with 4 preseason wins somehow seeing as I had 10 injured players limiting me to 1 sub for 2 of the matches.

Luckily, I got some players back and managed to get a 2-0 win over Roma in the Super Cup final.

Wow. I just had Man City withdraw 4 players from he Eng squad for an upcoming friendly. The message stated that this further enhanced rumours of a rift between myself and the club. Now, I've never argued with Man City as English manager. But I have argued with them a lot as QPR Manager. Obviously that's spilled over and had an effect on their thoughts of me as international manager.

EDIT: I don't know much about Wellington in FM, but I reckon Tales is the better option.

I assume you're talking about Sao Paulo's Wellington and tell you that Tales is very much the way to go.

I've had that problem before. I argued a lot with chelsea and then in a friendly in the lead-up to the WC they withdrew their players from the squad. Thing was, this was a week before the WC and so both the squad for the friendly and the WC was picked at the same time :? And chelsea wend and withdrew Owen, Cole, Barry and Lampard and I faced a world cup with just 19 players. Fortunately, all these players were getting on in years and I never called them up again and purchased all chelsea's future prospects so taht I'd never have to deal with them for the national team again.
