You did given them an ultimatum over anything did you? Or express interest in a job at another club?

Been trying 2 different things with Leeds in regards to squad numbers in 2 different saves. First one was having a large first team squad of about 25 and 5 full time reserve players with youth and first team players filling the gaps, doing this ive found has kept all the players happy and both teams are performing really well. The other was having 2 seperate squads both dedicated to their respective teams, whilst this was a bit cheaper on wages the first team struggled when injuries hit and the reserves lost most games. So im going to stick with the large squad for now.
With my proper Leeds save im sitting about 5th in the CCC after about 10 games, fairly happy with how im going.

I've declared interest and applied for jobs a fair bit and nothing's happened....usually it says the club is seething and I can click on ultimatum. But I have no idea what happens as I click ultimatum so I've never clicked.

Considering you're only new, you'll probably have to apply at other clubs, they won't offer you a job.

			    Shameless double.
Had my draws for the Euro 2016 group, and World cup qualifiers.

 Euro 2016 Group:

 Wales (me)
 France
 Portugal
 Holland

 Bullshit.

 WCQ 2018 Qualification

 Wales
 Finland
 Serbia
 Holland
 Latvia

I reckon I could get a win over Latvia, try stealing points from Finland and Serbia.

Training is basically to keep players fit and keep their skills up but it is important for young players, <20, to train in the technical areas that mtach up with where they play. You will eventually learn how to nurture good youth players (and see who will develop into good ones) as you progress. TBH I don't really care much about training but that's basically what it's supposed to do...Someone with perhaps a 'lil more experience could answer this a bit better

Keep an eye on the U/20 world cups, all those youth competitions...if you see a player scoring heaps, or rating well, check him out. Tis a good place to find kids. Conor wrote:Can someone explain how to train the players. is it sorta like hattrick training? Not really. Basically there's two parts to training. There's the training schedules, and your coaches. Seeing as you're just getting started, don't pay too much attention to the training schedules, that can get a bit confusing. The game always has a 'general' training schedule, which is good enough for you now. Instead, look at your coaches when you're at a club, and see if they're any good, and try to hire better coaches, either when you start, or every couple of years. your players should generally improve under this, or at the very least, not go backwards.

I think I posted this a while ago in this thread, I saw New Zealand crack the top 10. That's the fun of playing FM, anything can happen.

Buy 09. Generally You have to wait 4/5 months after the original release date before FM is worth buying, because generally it needs a patch or two before it's good to play.

What year are you in? Gonzalo Pineda is a good Left Back. Check out Gabriel Tamas as well, can play LB and CB.
