I play this formation: ------------Cech---------------- -Cole--Terry--Carvalho--Richards- ------------Essien------------- --Zhirkov--------------Joe Cole-- ------Aguero-----Lampard-------- ------------Paloschi------------ Anelka is awesome with that formation, as was Drogba. Aguero and Lamps are in free roles, that might play a part.
He was a man of specific quirks. He believed that all meals should be earned through physical effort. He also contended, zealously like a drunk with a political point, that the third dimension would not be possible if it werent for the existence of water.

Anelka is awesome with that formation, as was Drogba. Aguero and Lamps are in free roles, that might play a part. Id change to a stock 442 with aguero feeding paloshi through balls. Paloschi is bad as a target man/lone striker. paloschi becomes one of the best players in the game by season 4 if training and tactics are right Also The free role is a very dangerous tactic I would only have one player maximun with a free role. Aguero- palochi forward line =win. Fredsta get a new LB Juan manuel vargas is probably the best that ive used.

manufan4life wrote:Sneijder's fitness is shit, he can only last 60 minutes before needing a sub Yeah I usualy bring him on for the second half. Im lining up 4-4-2 atm ---------Foster---------- -Santon-Anrade-Bikey-Vermaelan -de Guzman-Mascio-Harper-Fleck ------Gignac-----Laurito------ Laurito just got injured for two months though but Doyle just got back from injury and Saivet and Fleck can play upfront. Gignac has been quality for me atm and he and Fleck are linking up well as Gignac is scoring alot from crosses which was a rareity for me last season Just had an awesome run of results with that lineup though after no wins with my 3-4-3 I changed to the 4-4-2 and beat City, Chelsea and Newcastle (all in the top 4 at time of match) so Ive gone from 19th to 7th lol. My backroom staff are all shit though so I brought in Giggs and Nedved to help out and my Assistant wasnt top knotch so I sacked him and brought in Solskjaer as my assistant. I just signed some Dutch kid from Vitesse who can play RLC Mid, not the greatest stats but high in key areas 19 for fk's, 15 passing and crossing, 16 technique and yet to establish stats of long shots and finishing. 830k was the deal, I had a budget of 9 mil but not enough in the wages to pay for him so when I made an extra 100k available for wages my transfer budget went down to 220k so i couldnt even pay for him which gives me the shits Edited by fredsta: 11/10/2009 09:08:38 AM

My U21 side had a playoff against Holland to qualify for the Euros. Drew the first leg at home 1-1. I chose to go and watch the second leg.
My presence lifted the boys apparently, and they were going to need it.
Early on in the piece, Hibs youngster Dave Scaife played an absolutely WONDERFUL throughball for his Captain, Les Smith, who proceeded to cooly slot into the corner. 1-0!!
Holland had the better of the half, but couldnt score, and it was 1-0 at HT.
Things got off to a bad start for Ireland in the 2nd half though, with Holland scoring on 48mins. 1-1.
It was a pretty even affair, with Holland just shading it, and they got their reward, albiet fortunately, as a cross swung in from the right side, and the flailing Carlin could only punch the ball into his own net. 1-2 on 72mins, and Irish hearts were broken.
There was still time left, and with the minutes remaining diminishing, substitute Richard Towell found some space in the middle of the park, and lofted a long ball for Dave Scaife to run on to.
With three defenders and the goalkeeper hunting him down, Scaife showed amazing composure to round the keeper and tap in. 2-2, and Ireland were ahead on away goals.
And that was how it stayed, Dave Scaife (who wasnt even in the national pool!) claimed man of the match honours with a goal and an assist, and Rorke is now considering the youngster for a call up for the NT.
In full NT news, lost to Czech Repub 1-0, very harsh, I dominated really. And then Beat Andorra 5-0.

Just lost to Pool 4-2, very frustrating, had over 60% possession and they only had the four shots on target, three of the goals were from more than 30 yards and the other from a corner, I had 12 shots on target too. I beat San Marino and Estonia 3-0 too, A CM for Bosnia who i alsmost signed for Reading last season wasnt getting capped, I put him in the NT and started him in my four games for Bosnia and he has 5 goals and two assists in the four matches he is an absolute freak

I just had eight players called up for international duty when I was due to play Manchester United, six from my starting eleven. They were without Rooney,Tevez and Ferdinand so it was even enough but.......I won 3-0, best game of my career absolutely wiped the floor with them it was awesome, Mascio and Harper destroyed them through the middle and I drew with Arsenal just before that

Managing the Wales NT aswell as Leeds currently. Stole Rhys Williams from Australiaand he is going great guns for me. With Leeds im sitting 16th with 4 games to go, 6 points above the drop, should survive relegation as long as there are no shock results

He's joining me in the next transfer window, described as a wonderkid. Survived relegation with Leeds and have immediatly started changing my squad, selling a fair few of my players in an attempt to strengthen for the new seasom

Pattrick Jeffries has suffered damaged cruciate ligaments after a robust challenge in training.
It is likely he will be out for between 8 and 10months
Jaysus. Good thing hes not important. I wonder who inflicted it in training

1.6 could get you Lavezzi at the start. What about Lewandowski I think you might be able to get him for 750k at the start

'Tis all going very well at Leverkusen. Unbeaten in 16 games and top of the table, 3 in front of Hoffenheim, 6 in front of Bayern. I'm playing 4-3-3 which is working great. I recently beat Wolfsburg away 3-0. Marouane Fellaini strained his knee ligaments though so he's out for about 6 weeks and I play Bayern next. My best signing however, on a free, was Eggert Jonsson. He's from Iceland and a MC/RB and started the season amazingly with 7 goals and 4 assists in the first 10 games or something. His stats aren't great but he's solid but not showing solidity, better than solidity, although he has dropped off the radar in recent weeks but still playing good.
EDIT: Also haven't conceded in 8 matches and only 4 for the season.

Someone that would eb playing regularly as well. And players; Miguel Veloso, Federico Laurito, David Santon, Morgan Schneiderlin, Detinho. Depending what year you're in.

I signed a gun young Argentinian keeper, he is only 17 and hadnt established any stats ( I found him in the Argentinain youth set up) I got scout reports and they rated him as a great asset to the squad so I signed him for only 20k and since then he has started to develop some awesome stats and is still yet to establish more but the only problem is a work permit but Foster is between the sticks for the time being
