With Brondby, it came down to needing a win on he final day of the season to clinch the title from Kobenhavn and we got it again. Back to Back league titles and three cups in a row. Keeping them there and also getting past the group stages of champs league will be a bit of a challenge for the next season.
After being given nothing as a transfer budget the last three season i got given 15mill to spend, which is a bit tricky because just about every target i have choses to sign for another club. Djourou from Arsenal and Kakuta from Chelsea as a back-up left wing are the only players ive brought in so far but should be able to sign a few more quality players.

It might just have been a reputation thing, S_F. Wouldn't worry about it.
Fernando Torres has 23 goals from 21 games and Diego Forlan has 25 from 23 and for the first time I'm starting to doubt how realistic FM is 8-[

Torres is on target to break the EPL record. He's got 11 games to score 11 goals and top Andy Cole.

I am planning to get FM 2010 any day from now. And I have heard that you can add divisions. Is this true? For example, would I be able to make a B-League competition with State League teams? Anyone done this?

It's really easy to set up, just set the reputation and prize money lower than A-League. If I was motivated I'd adjust club reputations and make clubs as professional instead of Semi-Pro. The groundwork is pretty easy to set up though.

CWBush has done one with three tiers and a cup competition, I'll see if he'll upload it here for you.

I just had a 2-2 draw with Stoke...Bennett scored a brace. Fortunately both of those were in to his own net and we won 4-0.

This shouldnt be on page 2. Has anyone had success with bargain signings yet? I mean quality players brought in cheap or free or players you didnt expect to star ripping it up?

Well...my bargains just seasled me the title with 6 games remaining. But I never expected Di Maria, Veloso, Cardozo and Jovetic to bring anything less.

Yeah I signed Di Maria as good depth but he has made LW his own this season and he has Silva, Giggs and Nani for competition

I signed Di Maria as first choice. Given that Riera is fairly average. Haven't regretted it. Riera has been forced into being a permanent fixture on the bench this season.
With the title sealed, I'm tuning my attention to the Champions League. I've made it to the semi-finals, I've got Manchester United. The other side of the draw is Chelsea v Inter (Inter came back from 3-1 down from their home leg to win the return 4-0 in the quarter against Juve, so I expect to meet them in the final if I go through).

Ok, so I played my champions league semi tonight. It didn't start out so well, United took the lead in the home leg through Rooney and I was still down at the half. But I gave Torres a quiet whisper in the ear and the rest of the lads a spraying and they turned things around in the second half with three goals in fourteen minutes, all with Torres assists. Rooney grabbed United's second in injury time and I took a slight advantage to Old Trafford.
The second game was fairly balanced, and we exchanged periods of dominance, but it was still 0-0 at the half. Then Superman Torres opened the scoring in the second half, bagging two and we walked away from Old Trafford 2-0 victors. Does it get any better?
We're playing Chelsea in the final after they limped through on away goals against Inter. Should be a great final. Funnily enoguh, i'm also playing Chelsea in the FA cup final.

Altona Magic, Brisbane strikers, SC Sorrento, AIS. That gives you fifteen. So I'd drop one of Gippsland and Tasmania Utd.

You can create teams as well? If so, how about one in Darwin, Cairns, sticking to the Premier League teams, Mandurah City. It looks as though I am very interested.

Don't have past experience but from gained knowledge it's apparently shit. You can't have as big a database and there's only about half of the leagues.

Just testing the B-League and FFA Cup now....settled on a 14 team B-League comprising of Sth Melb, Melb Knights, Dandenong Thunder, Adelaide City, ECU Joondalup, Tasmania Utd, Canberra Utd, Brisbane Strikers, Syd Utd, Syd Olympic, Marconi, Sutherland Sharks, Wollongong and Sunshine Coast. Set the FFA Cup to include all the teams from state top division (inc Tas nth & sth) and A&B Leagues. There are 4 rounds before quarter, semi's and grand final with Prize money for each round. Added in a few awards like Solo goal of the week, young player of the month and Player of Month for the B-League. PM me with e-mail addresses if your interested and i'll e-mail the file when i get time.

FM on the PSP is kind of inhibitive. And due to the decreased processing power, the AI are below par. The transfer market is chaos too. Teams are very aggressive.
How big is the file, mus?

Freaking sweet. Send it my way for sure. I might check it out once I get bored with Liverpool.
Speaking of which, I just sealed the title. Torres bagged 40 goals in the league alone. Magnificent season to say the least. Sponsorship should be impressive when the new deals come up for the new season.
