I do the exact same thing, im in the FA Cup quarter final vs aston villa with Hereford beat them 1-0 then i cant continue or save and it freezes. Fcuk, tried it 4 times again i keep losing fcuk. If i lose i dont restart but if it stuffs up i do:twisted: :twisted:

The reverse is worse though, I remember being bundled out of the FA cup by some non leaguers after fielding a second string side, only to rage, replay the game and lose with the first eleven. I maintain that some of those games are more-or-less unwinnable

I started off restarting the game after I lost but after restarting the game once 20 time (Australia Vs Brazil) I went pretty much insane and decided to stop restarting.

I finally got the win on my third attempt. We won 3-1. I'm willing to let go the +3 goal difference I'm missing out on though :)

I've definitely done what blackjack was talking about. I think I've only rage quit a cup game once. I've done it a couple of times in the league, but at the end of the season it wouldn't have mattered in the end. I'm not sure whether that's a good thing, or perplexing.

Just to confirm, is there no way of pulling a player out of a NT squad after you've originally said he could join it? I've just realised how fucked the Oceania Cup is and I'd like to get Chris Wood back. I don't think it's possible though

Another season down and still no ECL crown. This time I flunked out in the round of 16 thanks to a conceded goal in added time in the 2nd leg. I did manage to win the EPL and the FA Cup though.

This season I'm playing at my new stadium, and it's raking in a lot of coin for me now. We've made it to 3rd on the rich list now, and after this season or next, we should be 2nd. Real Madrid are ridiculously far ahead at first though, and it will be a while before I can catch them.

I lost the Copa America Cup final on penalties to Argentina. Was ahead 3-1 but they clawed their way back and done me in the pens. I quit the Brazil job after that because I was getting a bit sick of the meaningless shit that you have to go through with the international sides. Might leave it a season or two and then see whats on offer a year or so before the next World Cup.

It seems bizarre how far ahead Madrid and Barcelona are on the rich list. I've just moved Liverpool to a new stadium (fucked my budget up something shocking but hopefully it's worth it come seasons end) and I'm still not even half way to catching up Madrid and Barca.

On my save, Barca have now gone down to 4th on the rich list, and Man City are just ahead of me in 2nd. We're both estimated at something like 320 million while Real Madrid are something like 1.2 billion. Barca were originally 2nd I think.

My new stadium, The MacDonald Stadium (named after club legend they say LOL) is raking me in some good money. I used to maybe break even in profits for the month, or sometimes make a small profit when CL matches are on, but now I'm raking in 4 million easy.

This is probably the best game of FM that I've ever had, and it's the reason why FM2011 is still sitting on the shelf. Part of me really wants to start FM2011, but games like this dont come around too often, at least not for me anyway.

I'm playing with FM11...I'm worth 231m, ranked 4th in england alone. United, Arsenal and Chelsea are all above me (city are ranked sixth). I'm ranked 8th in europe with Barcelona at the summit worth 843m. I think I need a big name signing to make the next step. Thinking of throwing my entire budget at Messi in the summer.

Last big name signing I made was a Dutch Striker named "Adri DeLange". Do you remember coming along him in your 2010 game?

I coughed up 50 mill for him when he was 21 or so, and he's been worth every cent. Always finishes the season with at least a 7.9 (most of the time he creeps into the 8's) average.

I attempted to buy a Brazillian midfielder called "Gabriel" a while back but his club knocked back my 50 million offer. A few seasons later he went to Madrid for a fee of 105 million.

Started off with Montrose in the Scottish Third Division. Prediction of 10th (last) in 1st season and I finished 3rd. Got promoted due to the playoff system. 2nd season, I finished 5th. 3rd season, I finished 2nd and got promoted. Currently struggling in the 1st division though. Currently 7th at the moment.

going back to my Spurs demo (before i got the sack) but it's at the start of the season so seeing if i can win some silverware before focusing on a proper sydney or liverpool save... got Barca in the CL Group Phase again, got a really tough group, Barca, Dinamo (had a 0-0 draw at home against them) and Schalke (who lost to Barca 3-2 at the Nou Camp)... although i've won the first six games of the season and haven't yet to concede a goal

i had a thing in my assitants feedback that some of the players where struggling to play for Captain Michael Dawson, thought that was a concern but Dawson has been my best player averaging in the 8's and scoring from set pieces regularly

Dzeko isn't scoring for me. 4 goals in 21 games.

He might not have the personality to lead though. He may not have enough influence and decision making.

I'd say with 14 influence, Dawson doesn't have what it takes to be captain.

You need to pick a more consistent captain.

I've got Gerrard as mine but because of injuries and poor form he's only made 13 starts out of a possible 30 this season.

after four matches i was coming third (only lost the one game though) and due to play Dinamo Moscow... i then proceeded to beat Dinamo 4-0 away from home which would have set up to play Schalke at home in the last matchday, a win to get through to the next phase. BUT Schalke have somehow beaten Barca 1-0 on the same match day and have knocked me out... the question is do i rage quit and go back beat Dinamo again and hope the other game is a draw (atleast) and have one last chance to get through... or do i accept my ridiculous fate and bow out and go into the Europa League?

Bought FM11 today. The question now is, do I start a save now, without being able to download any patches/skins/etc, or do I wait until I get back (End of January) and start a proper save then, which will allow me to download a DB update to include all the January Transfers.

Being able to play with Freddie Ljunberg at Celtic is swaying me decision towards the latter.

Wait until you get back. The game really needs the 11.2 patch to fix a couple of things with feeder clubs.

The game starts right before or right after the WC? If it's before, just keep replaying the WC over and over with different NT teams for fun till you return? :lol:
