Movers & Shakers of the round.
Blacktown slip from 2nd to 4th
Bonnyrigg move from 4th to 2nd
APIA Leichhardt move to within just 1 point of the top 5 - a massive resurgance in form after not having a win after 5 rounds.
South Coast wolves remain on the bottom of the ladder, and most likely to get relegated at the end of the season.
We're still waiting for Sydney Olympic's revoloution, has anyone got SOlympic's number, he should be able to tell us when it's coming.
Bankstown got off the bottom of the ladder and moved to 8th, after a shock win against Manly United who arn't looking very strong.
Arguably a slip up by Sydney United, a draw against Rockdale wont help them, although Rockdale had a couple of players back from Injury which would have helped them.
---
Marconi now hold a 4 point lead over 2nd place Bonnyrigg which is going to nearly cement their position at the top you'd think if they can remain like this for the next 3 or 4 weeks.
1 point just seperates pos 2-4, whilst 7 points seperates 4 and 5. I wouldn't expect the top 4 to slip up too much from here on i, i certainly can't see any of the 4 slipping below 4. Meanwhile 1 point seperates APIA Tigers and Sutherland sharks, the battle for 4th and 5th will be interesting.
At the foot of the ladder just 2 points seperates 8-12, so expect the race for the wooden spoon/relegation battle to get interesting.
