All referees are taught that of the arm prevents stops a goal being scored(that is if the arm is away from the body and stopping the natural path of the ball) wether there is intent or not it is a penalty and a red card. That's what I was told when I did the FIFA accredited refs course.

PEnalty was correct. Send off was correct and bios arms were away from his body. I still believe we can win this but we need to attack as often as possible. The deeper we defend the worse it will be. Chipperfield should come on and go forward

Thing is once your arm is away from your body(like Harry's was) it's considered to be deliberate because you are gaining an unfair advantage from it.

Penalty wasn't correct, it wasn't a foul. A foul requires it to be a deliberate motion. He clearly made a physical attempt to get his BODY in the way of the ball. His arm was beside his body.

Chippers and Kennedy on now could be what we need.

He clearly didn't have a chance to do anything about it. He got on the goal line and the shot was fired.

the thing is if you pay the penalty you have to show are red as it was a goal stopper. Unfortunate but right

chippers is having a huge impact. I would not have used Kennedy because we are down 1 man and he is not capable of controlling the ball at ground level to assist with the numerical dissadvantage

Unfortunately if you're going to call the foul, yes, it's a red card as he was the last man. However, I dont' believe it was a foul as he didn't have the opportunity to move his arm, it wasn't a deliberate handball and it shouldn't have been called.
