Yeah, very true. Whatever it is, looking forward to what Valve have planned with all of this. Can't think of a gaming company I'd trust more with this sort of stuff :lol:.

a little disappointed comparing to possible games but also an interesting take on the controller. it will be interesting how the thumbpads feel/work.

Has anyone played PES2014? To me it looks less arcade like than FIFA14, bit slower and more fluid movement. Licensing doesn't really bother me given you can just download and install packs to fix it. Curious as to what people think about it

GTA V was a brilliant game no doubt, but so keen for Arkham Origins.

According to what I've read today, it's being released for download 7:00am ET in the U.S. and that for us it will 9:00pm AEST tonight.

We'll see I guess, heard yesterday that it was going to be the 2nd for us but today's reading seems to be a better confirmed.

Xbox users have been able to download/play for the past 4 hours in Aus... sad stuff lol

Yeah no dice for PS3 users, some Xbox people have got in alright but most people still struggling even now, probably be a few days or maybe a week before it's properly sorted I reckon.

I can't even get that far... first try today though, stuck at "waiting for other players"

PS3, got on for a few hours this afternoon before work.

I managed to get on pretty easy after my last post, bit laggy at times but kinda expected that since they are still working on a few things, had 16 players easily and it was chaos, only thing is that 16 players may not be enough eventually with the sheer size of the map and all.

Yeah once you get past the first race and the first little mission you should have no problems getting on from then on.

Haha so easy to do aye :P man I'm terrible in the jets/planes, had a race and a kill the runners thing, the race I plowed into building and signs many times so came last lol. In the jet I clipped my wing on a power pole and went into a spiral hard into the ground, fail!

That's apparently what they are planning to do if not with this game, then a future one but I've heard they are planning on adding to this game over time, including visiting other cities.

Interesting how you can defend some companies yet blast others for similar issues :-k

Comparing Rockstar and EA in regards to issues of online play is laughable. EA have dealt with it for years and they dont care, aslong as people pay their micro transactions...

I don't recall ever blasting EA for server issues.

I did blast EA for price gouging in PvZ2, but that's something different entirely.

There's a huge difference between forcing people to play your single player game online, and then not being able or prepared to hand the server load, and adding an Online component to a fully offline capable single player game, and not being able to handle server load.
