It's amusing that you dind't bother to use a capital 'o' for Orthography.

](*,) Quit now.

You use upper-case for the first letter of pronouns/proper-nouns.
Unless at the start of a sentence, nouns like water, food, shelter do not require a capital letter.

Spelling is a part of grammar.
No, spelling is a part of linguisitics (just as spelling, punctuation, grammar, semantics etc. form the aggregate.) Grammar is more or less to do with syntax, and in a way, the appropriate use of words.

Only because of your subtle bump.

I had someone use "use" as a plural of "you" today. I wanted to slap them upside the head.

I think we could use the word 'about' more often.

I particularly enjoy the naming of the 'roundabout'. Perfect.

I may have mentioned it before but according to a linguistics lecturer I had a couple of years ago, 'youse' is set to become part of the NZ English Dictionary due to its widespread use.

Is "ay, bro" being recognised as the modern New Zealand pronunciation of a period to end a sentence?

No, as there is regional variation. 'Bey' and 'Ow' are also very common.
