No chance in hell. I rate this as 0/10. Tasmania would be lucky to get a franchise if we had 14 teams. Western Sydney should be certainties to a 11/12 spot, preferably out here in the true Football heartland around Fairfield/Wetherill Park, building a new stadium and club around a true united western sydney community (bringing together all the ethnic groups, aussies, serbs, iraqi, italians, lebanese etc etc).
