I don't think Bosingwa's age would be much of a problem considering he'd only be a back up. And Arsene showed last summer that he isn't averse to buying players with lots of experience, not to mention he'll be on a free which we all know Arsene loves :lol: He's well worth a look.

Lack of depth like this has been one of the big problems of late. The three recent EPL winners ManU, City and Chelsea all have midfields they can rotate without too much quality being lost, and so should we.
Having Arteta, Song and M'Vila rotating the two deep mid spots is perfect.

Coquelin will be more our utility guy and can play virtually anywhere when needed (in the last two years he's played sufficiently at DM, CM, RB, LB and even RM). but he's still not on the same level as the other three yet.
A long time ago Wenger said he saw Wilshere as a #10. If he hasn't changed his mind don't be surprised to see him replacing Ramsey and rotating with Rosicky.

I think Sagna was just responding to a question asked of him about M'Vila. Wouldn't get my hopes up because of that.

Havn't verified these facts but I've been told we only lost 1 game the whole season when Mikel Arteta played and we only lost 1 game that Ramsey did NOT start.
If true that shows how important good central midfield depth is to us. And maybe how effective a deep midfielder with good positional awareness who can stay on their feet is.
