So Arsenal have two players on the first list for the Ballon D'Or leaked by Mundo in Spain. Alexis Sanchez is one, which isn't surprising, but the other is David Ospina
Whether it's legit or not I don't know, but if it is, oh boy lol

I remember Pepe was on the shortlist a couple years ago despite playing like 5 games in the year.

He is capable of that kind of effort as shown last night, why won't he put that effort in every week? On the game though, hats off I haven't seen you guys play like that for 10 years. Only one winner.

It was like watching Jamie Vardy. No doubt he puts work in but last night he was sliding into tackles and everything. I have never seen him work like that. Fair play to him though, he stopped everything from us at the back.

No team floats between extremes like we do  it's like Olympiakos didn't even happen.
Watching the highlights again, my god if that Rambo chance had gone in like it should have.
What was almost just as pleasing as the first half, was the way we went into game management mode in the 2nd half.

Does anyone else agree with my thinking that Ozil has been the best player in the EPL so far this season?

I think one thing is for sure and that's Gabriel should be first choice with Kos.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaand further to that, I am well and truly #TeamCoq. Besides needing a back up when Arteta retires, we're set in central midfield for the next 5 years with him Ramsey and Jack.

Welcome to the team  Just need solid back up for him, which I think we'll be looking for in the summer with Flamini off and Miki close to being sent to the glue factory. We're also yet to concede a goal in the league with Gabriel on the pitch:cool: Now watch that end the next game he plays

Jack is probably done. Either way, he won't reach the level he should unfortunately.

So was a pretty great international break for Arsenal players
Ramsey scored 1 Giroud scored 2 Cazorla scored 2 Sanchez scored 3 Campbell scored 1 Theo scored 1 Ox scored 1
Ozil also got 2 assists and Akpom and Gnabry scored in their U21 internationals.
Sanchez has had a ridiculous last few games for club and country. 9 goals in 5 games

Fantastic performance. Ozil assisting, Sanchez scoring, Giroud grabbing one off the bench and Rambo was everywhere.
Topped off by the fact that Jenks has now scored more goals than Englands savior this season.
Top night.
