If you look at the Liverpool Team now its virtually a mid table (if that). All their players are farily average or they suck. With the exception of Torres and Gerrard And both of them are struggling too.
Ever since he cut his hair he has just seems to have lost everything. Seems Liverpool have Kewelled Torres too. World class player into injury fest with the slow degradation of form and fitness.
Barton is a midfield freak. He just pops up everywhere and puts in ridiculous balls and crosses. The man is a genius on the field. Campbell obvious still adjusting to the game bit by bit.
Now how about we buy Adebayor and Shaun Wright Phillips :). Probably wont get ade but SWP is defo a possible. I still believe ade is class, having watched his 06-07 and 07-08 season.
If Mike Fatly actually cares about the club he will pump 20-30 million in this summer.
Ade would easily go for 10-12 million and SWP is unwanted surplus, would go for 3-5 million.
THe minor below additions i believe is the make our team workings of a top 4 side and at least competing for the top 6. If you look below every player is, when in form class (sorry to say unlike Liverpool).
-----------------------------Carroll-------------------------- ---------------Adebayor---------------------------------------
-----Arfa----------Nolan/Tiote----------Barton-----------SWP--------
----Enrique--------Campbell-------Stevie Taylor----Simpson----
---------------------------Krul------------------------------

Why don't you post about your own club in their own thread instead of doing it in here where nobody gives a shit?

Although I did have a bit of a  at this. Quote:I still believe ade is class, having watched his 06-07 and 07-08 season. There may be a good player in there somewhere but it's hidden under the fact he is a massive cunt. Newcastle would be much much much better off without him. As would any club for that matter.

THe man is a world class striker when in form. Every overpaid man city player has played like shit or average at best, yet were once were class in their former club. Lescott, Barry, Ade, SWP, Santa Cruz.. the list goes on.

He got to big for his boots and had a cry when we didn't give him the move he wanted. All he did for the next season was sook and whinge and cause disruption in the dressing room. He finally gets the big money move he wants. Then low and behold once he doesn't start playing week in week out he starts whinging again and talking about a move. He's not worth his wages to any club.

I guess if we're going to judge players on their perfromance from 3-4 years ago then Torres is still the best striker in the world. I guess seriously is contradicting himself yet again. Quote:Looks like your arse is still sore. 3-1 Vaseline? Not at all. I'm disappointed, but we move on and we've got a good chance to pick up 3 points again next week. However, I am incredibly annoyed that I have to trawl through your bullshit to read about stuff that I actually am interested in. Now why don't you fuck off and take your incredible stupidity with you to a topic that I couldn't care less about.

Now why don't you fuck off and take your incredible stupidity with you to a topic that I couldn't care less about. Since when is this Thread off limits to non-liverpool supporters? I see no need to "fuck off". And how does that argument make me contradict myself. Torres is still the same player he was albeit slightly out of form, due to your shitty midfield not creating any good opportunities to test himself infront of goal not to mention the infamous Liverpool medical staff. Liverpool with Alonso was a different beast, he used to spread play to the wings and Torres profited from that greatly and he could then show what a good striker he was. Unfortunately Liverpool today leaves Torres out drifting deeper and deeper to get use of the ball. How things change? Adebayor similarly is still a class Player and has had no major injuries to hinder him. Note his dribble against Arsenal. He just seems at odds with his new manager and cant find any game time. If we bought Ade i wouldn't be complaining. So your ongoing ramblings, criticisms and swearing often lead to nothing and dont sway my actions or way of thinking in anyway. Knock yourself out. 3-1. Now then, why dont you "fuck off" down the table to the relegation zone. Torres, Reina and possbily Gerrard likely to leave at the end of this season. Where will you be then? You are no longer a top 4 club or even a top 6 club. Enjoy. Hodgson you are a champion. Shitty club for a shitty town. Edited by seriously: 12/12/2010 07:03:02 PM

This thread isn't off limit to non-Liverpool fans, it is however Liverpool Football Club's thread. There is no place for talk about your shitty club, or Adebayor here. Get a job. Get a life. Comment on your own club. Or better yet, something that you actually understand. Maybe rocks. seriusly wrote:Ever since he cut his hair he has just seems to have lost everything. Seriously - Afro's right, this is a thread for discussion about Liverpool. It says it right there in the title. Hijacking it for a full paragraph and multiple posts about Newcastle, is just trolling and asking for fights. Insulting other users is also not on, but you should know this considering you have been, and in all likliness will be banned for it again. Cut it out.
Afro - See above. Insulting other users isn't acceptable. Nor is trying to take the law into your own hands. If you honestly cared that much about Seriously hijacking this thread, you'd have asked a mod, coz that's what we're here for. Starting a fight with him, just exacerbates the issue, and you end up being just as bad as he is. Cut it out.

Really? I thought you were here to post repetitive pictures and occasionally show some kind of force.
If I'd had said something about it to you, you'd have told me to HTFU, like you've done countless times before.

I didn't say you had to say something to me. If you don't trust my opinon sure, that's fine. There are other mods here. One of whom is a Liverpool supporter would have deffinitely agreed with you. But you had to go and be the internet tough man, and now you're being called on it. Deal with it.

One paragraph on Liverpool being 'worse than Newcastle' and five paragraphs about Newcastle =/= talking about Newcastle. Only in your own little world, do you 'embarrass' me. Fortunately, your opinion doesn't matter to anyone on here.

Seriously stop being a fucking idiot.
We got a win but it could have very very easily gone Liverpools way if they had of scored in the period they dominated between half time and Shola's injury. We got to break re group and Ranger coming on (not by good tactics but by luck) exposed a weakness in Skrtel and Kyrigakos' pace.

Just wanted to congratulate our man Lucas for being nominated for the Samba Gold award. Lucas Leiva has been shortlisted for the Samba Gold award - and you can help the midfielder scoop the prestigious accolade by voting for the Liverpool star. The third annual Samba Gold award is a poll to determine who fans believe the best Brazilian footballer plying his trade in Europe is. Lucas is part of a 30-man shortlist which also includes previous winners Kaka and Luis Fabiano, as well as Barclays Premier League based players Denilson (Arsenal), Rafael da Silva (Manchester United), Alex and Ramires (both Chelsea) http://en.sambafoot.com/samba-d-or.htmlVote there.

And another massive congrats: Quote:
New Year Honours: Broughton and Carr business knights
Martin Broughton had a busy year helping to fire-fight at British Airways and Liverpool football club
Sir Martin, who had another high-profile role recently as the chairman who oversaw the sale of Liverpool FC, was honoured for services to business.
Sir Martin, 63, who lives in Oxted, Surrey, had an eventful 12 months dealing with strikes by BA cabin crew and massive disruption to flights caused by snow and the Icelandic volcanic ash cloud.
He also oversaw the protracted sale of Liverpool football club, bought by New England Sports Ventures. He had been brought in by the club on a temporary basis with a brief to find a suitable buyer.
Sir Martin, married with two children, is a fan of football, and Chelsea in particular, but horse racing is his real love.
He is credited with helping to safeguard the future of the horse racing industry during his stint as chairman of the British Horseracing Board between 2004 and 2007.

My Arsenal-supporting mate is going to Liverpool-Bolton tomorrow. He's sitting in the Kop end. Wearing a Liverpool scarf of course.
I cannot hide my jealousy, the bastard.

I cannot hide my jealousy, the bastard. That would have been an awesome game to go to! Much better performance from Liverpool. I think we were a bit unlucky to not score more. I was very happy with the way we attacked in numbers and with purpose. How much did the team lift with Gerard on the team. That was a vintage performance and he really deserved a goal after setting up two and coming close on a few occasions. gerrard just brings so much energy and creativity to the team. Between Gerrad and Kuyt for MOTOM for me. Kuyt was brilliant, setting up chances, getting up and down the flanks and tackling. Gerrard was pure class. Lucas had another good outing, besides his terrible miss. he looks a much better player than last year. The aim now must be to string a few wins together, get a few results and perform consistently for the rest of the season.
