When do these players + cash deals actually happen?

They are rumoured every window but never seem to take place.

Swap deals also don't usually make as much sense as this. Sanchez will certainly be talked about in the negotiations and there is no way he's going to Juve who have no money.

I think the idea of Juventus not having the money is pretty stupid. They are well off and don't really spend year after year on big players. Look at the best players, most have arrived for probably under 10m. It's not as though they have gone and spent 50m on each of their top players.

Not saying they are going to break the trend for Sanchez but just can't see Sanchez wanting to play for Liverpool or Arsenal, I could be very wrong though.

Barca need to stump up over 80m or 50m + Sanchez for Suarez - the bloke is at the peak of his career.

There was a rumour last week that we were looking at Falcao since he wants out of Monaco. Suarez out, Falcao, Sanchez, Lovren, Lallana and Lambert in...that's a wonderfully productive off-season.

Yep not too expensive, welcome Imre, bolstering the mids and can fill in at LB, look forward watching him settle in.

My view:

Suarez will go. Probably just cash. 70-75m. Which is good.
Lovren - He wants to come but they will try very hard not to let him go. He may have to force it through and he may do so. We wont pay over 20m for him and we shouldn't. 20m is a lot as it is but if BR wants him, I'll be happy for him to get his man and 20m is not the end of the world. Probably about 5m what I would have thought.
Balotelli - No chance, ridiculous, never happening.

I think with Suarez going we need another out and out striker. Sturridge is made of glass and will never play a 50 game season.
Lambert is a good back up as is Borini, but I wouldn't want to have to rely on those two for a period of two months if it comes to that.

If/when Lovren comes in it gives us good back up at CB with Skrtel/Kolo as options behind Sakho/Lovren.
Flanno and Kelly can cover RB/Johnson.
We need AT LEAST one LB though, and I certainly don't want Bertrand.
CM starters Stevie and Hendo with Allen, Lucas and Can as backups and that's fantastic.
The three AMs we have Coutinho, Lallana, Sterling... but we need more. Can see us signing two more AMs - Markovic seems to be a good chance of happening but not sure who else. If we were to bring in two more good AM players then it gives us five players fighting for 3 positions which is good.

Not sure what's happening with Suso and Assaidi... if we're selling or bringing back into the squad. I had heard Suso linked with Porto but that seemingly went dead.

On another note, saw we signed two kids from Spurs. Wonder if they'll turn out any good.

if this happens, oh my gawd.. Lallana in behind, Stevie G in front of the back 4 and Hendo as your box to box midfielder. We'll begin to build good midfield depth, with guys like Can, Coutinho and even Allen if he develops on the bench.. starting to look formidable. Good competition too with a few wingers battling for spots if you include Raheem in there (and Sanchez but that now looks like a long shot).

The way I see Liverpool's lining up next year currently.

Lovren's comments make me think very strongly we're going to sign him :) As I said earlier, 20m is a bit overpriced but not exorbitantly so... I'm glad we've got our man if that's who BR wants.

Markovic and Origi both look on as well, Markovic is a great little player from what I've seen, again, not afraid to track back and put in the hard yards which is what we want. Can see him doing well, even if it takes a little while to settle. Expensive but you have to pay it for highly rated youngsters these days.
Origi is a tough one, I think we had our eye on him before the WC, he looks a bit clumsy but he's got electric pace when he puts the engine on. For 10m it's not too risky.

Aspas linked with Sevilla, 4-5m I think. Agger will go too, hopefully Pepe and probably Assaidi too.

So if Skrtel goes and Agger too, our back up for Sakho & Lovren will be Toure and Toure only? Forget Coates .. Ouch ...

I'm trying to figure out why Sturridge is the only one to realise you don't have to have the button done up. In fact it looks better if you don't :lol:

I don't know why these buttons are coming into these kits. We had it last year and again this year. When it's undone it's fine, like with Sturridge, but I don't understand why some players have it done up. Looks like it's choking them.

Only one out of Skrtel and Agger will be allowed to leave if we can wrap up a deal for Lovren.

Markovic looks like it could be a good deal but how are we replacing Suarez? That's a lot of goals you've got to make up for. I was hoping something would come of the Falcao rumour.
