Milner kicked in the box after losing the aerial ball... Yet a freekick given away.
We've had the best of the chances so far. Probably should be up.

We really dominated that first half. Unlucky not to be a few ahead.

Fuck conceded one at the start of the 2nd half... Off a Moreno clearance and then does little to stop their RW.

In no way a Liverpool fan and that was one of the most shocking officiating performances I've seen in a long, long time. Absolutely robbed.

Firstly: The referee and linesman might as well have carried out all of their duties speaking in Spanish. It seems that the only team the three of them had any interest in cracking down on were Liverpool. It's not outlandish to say Liverpool could have well had 4 goals if the officials handled that match to the standard expected of such an occasion. Secondly: Despite the above, we saw well and truly in the second half that even Klopp can only do so much with the squad he inherited. We've known for 12 months at least that this current squad has rubbish defence and lacks the maturity or composure to pick themselves up and get back on top when the opposition scores. There's a few players who need to be shown the door- starting with Moreno. The most frustrating part is that, had the officials been more even-handed, Liverpool could have been far enough ahead at half-time to neutralise any belief Sevilla had that they were still in with a chance. Last of all- I'm seeing quite a few of our fellow Reds summoning the violinists on social media right now, and fact is they need a reality check: Bar Leicester (obviously) and maybe West Ham, what other EPL clubs remotely in contention for European qualification would look back on this season just gone as a "good" one by their usual standards or ambitions? Arsenal (Who played their annual round of "Start looking like contenders, then fade out and console yourself by finishing above Spurs?") Tottenham (Who went from serious title contenders to 3rd best in a two-horse race in less than a month?) Man City- who ungraciously sacked their manager, alienated their fans in doing so and just scraped into the final CL spot on goal difference, miles off the pace of teams with much less to spend?) That other Manc team (who will play the same amount of CL matches as Liverpool next season but wasted a lot more money for the privilege, and aware that serious CL contenders will be eyeing off De Gea and Martial)? Would you rather be where Everton are? Or Chelsea (ha!) Or Newcastle or The Villa for that matter? This team began the season in the same underwhelming fashion they finished last season- then BR finally got the arse, and a "normal guy" took BR's hapless squad to within a penalty shoot-out of the League Cup and finished just 45 minutes from Europa League glory. People need to get some rest, wake up and let the facts sink in. All things considered, things aren't too bad. At least Klopp can devote total focus to the EPL next season, because as far as the CL is concerned I don't think there's a real point to qualifying unless they're in a position to realistically pose a threat to the likes of the Madrid teams, Barca and Bayern. Fortunately, Klopp is a popular manager and the prospect of playing under his guidance is quite appealing to players... Edited by Captain Haddock: 19/5/2016 01:49:53 PM

KLopp is a one trick pony with his pressing, all sevilla did in the first half was lump the ball long into the Liverpool half, who cant play football particularly well , then when they are knackered from all that running you then play football.
Europe is funding the war not Chelsea football club

Our last few games don't change the fact that this was a tremendous season, Champions League spot is what we hope for and we got it with some room to spare. Arsenal also achieved their highest finish since 2005.

This should have been the season a team like Arsenal cleaned up- Chelsea, City and United were all completely off the pace- yet Leicester (with considerably less to spend) claimed the title instead. For some off season entertainment - Berlusconi cleaning out Milan therefore press saying Balo heading back to us LOL...... 1 goal from 20 SerieA games. I wonder if Kloppy would test him out OR we'll be shifting him on elsewhere sooner rather than later (still 2yrs left on contract). On another note welcome Loris Karius. 22yrs and very promising ! our 2nd Klopp signing after Matip.

If I recall right listening from somewhere on the telecast days ago our club have the most players involved in Euro. I lol'd watching Skrtl going at hundred miles an hour into a slide tackle - yes he got carded. Origi should be playing ahead of Lakaku, he was rubbish. Typically I think the Poms are over hyped but I hope our guys involved put in good games, will be watching for sure.

2 other possibles.... Lucas Moura PSG - 23yr old Brazilian winger. 13goals from 32 for PSG last season. Neven Subotic Borussia Dortmund - has expressed to leave BD, 27 defender. The beast Skrtl near on to leave :( Despite his flaws, plays for the shirt love that, his Euro performances once again prove that. Edited by LFC.: 29/6/2016 02:20:03 PM
