I've been looking into them a bit, and i think the songs I've heard off their newer album definitely appeal to me more, because I'm from a rock/metal background. Though i do like the songs I heard off their first album too. Seeing as your into the whole drum'n'bass stuff, are their any other groups that sound similar to the newer Pendulum stuff?

Probably Cowboys From Hell. Maybe Cemetary Gates. Both are good and worth a listen. Cowboys From Hell was okay. It's so terrible cliche now though. thanks theyll give me some songs to download now Also check out Katatonia's 'The great cold distance'. Can someone recommend a specific Ra album to check out?

There's still plenty of screaming on Are You Dead Yet?...haven't heard Watershed, so can't comment, but even then, 1 album each for bands with 8+ albums, would hardly constitute them having, 'less screamy singing'. EDIT: Also, Avy, check out Pelican. Heavy music, and no vocals. Edited by Funky Munky: 28/1/2009 10:55:06 PM

Watershed would be one of their better albums. If avy's looking for big sounding guitars and clean vox, perhaps Staind. But that can get a little whingey at times.

All-American Rejects- Gives You Hell is a mad tune.
Kanye West's new stuff is good as well, especially Love Lockdown, and Lil Wayne and kevin rudolf- Let It Rock.

Save Me - Burn Halo. James Hart from 18V new project. Much more of a classic Rock 'n' Roll sound than Visions. He sounds good on it for anyone that remembers them.
