We were poor today but I'd prefer we have our off days against the poor teams. Will worry more if we're that flat again on Friday night. Getting JWH and Friend back soon solves most problems though.

Where was the NRL looking into this like they are with Graham. I don't remember talk about a potential ban for Soward.

So Brett Morris out for 2-3 months and Lafai out for 8 weeks.
Amazing how a season can go so completely to shit in one weekend.

So turns out Morris wasn't charged for 'kicking' Luke in the face, which makes all the talk from the media about him 'drilling' or 'burrowing' his boot into Luke's face all the more ridiculous. Would also love to know how Kasiano gets charged and gets 2 weeks for his accidental knee on Luke, but this from Nathan Friend draws no charge. Also some great banter from the NRL giving Graham, who accidentally made contact with Reynolds in trying to charge down the kick, a higher grading than Felise Kaufusi who intentionally attacked Benji Marshall's legs while he was airborne.

Good luck trying to get consistency from the Judiciary, have been saying this for years sadly.
Still don't know why Graham has been suspended.

Still don't know why Graham has been suspended. Probably would have got off if he'd called him a cheat. Seems to work for other players.

Yeah as soon as it became clear Tomkins wasn't staying there was no way the Roosters could compete with what the Warriors could offer.

Good get for the Warriors, disappointing to see Tomkins leave the NRL though.
Slater out for a month hopefully the Storm give Munster a go.

Jacob Loko not sacked by the Bulldogs but issued with
- 150 hours community service - Total alcohol ban with random alcohol and drug tests an option for the club any time they choose - Compulsory continuation of counselling and education program - 4 game ban, with matches already served which means he will be available for selection in Round 8 - $10,000 fine with $2500 of that suspended - Immediate contract termination for any future breaches of the clubs code of conduct.

The sad thing being if he does get sacked from the Bulldogs he'll be free to be picked up by a club "giving him a second chance"

Yep and this is now his 2nd chance with us  Did hope the club would sack him, but if they see something there worth keeping at least they've protected themselves and given them an easy out if he fucks up again.

Would have definitely sacked him if Lafai and Morris didn't have long-term injuries (on top of having a massively diminished forward pack which already weakens the side). Pragmatism always trump morality in professional sports.

Sezar to the Raiders is a good signing for them, not sure what Manly are doing though. Surely they'll throw money at Elgey now.
Beau Scott on 500K a year at Parra is shocking though.

Great game (Probably the best of the season so far).
On top of the league, 5 wins in a row. :d
Still not a fan of golden point though.
Credit to Thaiday tonight, he was outstanding. Needs to do that every week, not once a year.
Man its great to have Wayne back. :d

Swear at a referee, 10 in the bin.
Knock a player out with a swinging arm and leave his team a man short, yeah nah mate just a penalty.
And that sets a good example for kids watching the game how exactly?
