I don't like wrestling but at the same time I still don't think the game needs to speed up either, all that will do is increase dummy half running. But I've always liked watching good defensive teams over attack.
I haven't seen what the justification for the city country teams is. I'm not sure if it confirms Pearce at halfback for NSW or not? City team looks great either way.

Isn't most of the mail that Daley is sticking with Reynolds and Hodko in the halves? Which, imo would be fucking crazy, especially Hodko.
As for city country, I do like how they figure Waqa Blake with his 4 NRL games is more worthy of a spot than someone like James Tedesco.

Edited by sydneycroatia58: 26/4/2015 09:37:43 PM Agree with that. I don't get why people say we need the same halves as last year when Hayne was our main attacking weapon. I don't think this would even be up for discussion if Adam Reynolds was fit.

Those City/Country teams are really poor, so many guys out of position and off the top of my head the likes of Fensom, Tedesco, Tolman, Leilua & Ennis missing.

So looks like the Titans will lose Elgey & Sezar for DCE.
Still don't think its worth it, would be funny if they lost all three though.
Personally think they would've been better off retaining Elgey, Sezar & throwing some big dollars at Merrin.

-PB Thought about going, glad i didn't now. Tickets were not cheap and Australia are going to get pumped. IMO these games should not be played in Sydney or Brisbane and instead be spread to places like Townsville, Melbourne and Newcastle as well as Wellington, Christchurch or Dunedin in NZ. Sydney and Brisbane get origin anyway.

They need to throw the book at Reynolds, he's a danger to everyone on the field.
Have been saying this for a while now but Sheens needs to go.

Would be quite happy if he never played a game for the Bulldogs again.

Every play the ball he's involved in both attack and in defence he'll be throwing elbows, arms in the face, etc. From memory he's 'kicked' someone four times in his last twelve or so games. I fear if the NRL don't throw the book at him, one day he'll break someones leg. :(

The Warriors are building one hell of a team, great depth in almost every position.
Well done to the Cowboys on re-signing Ethan Lowe, probably the most underrated forward in the comp. =d>
