WOW! Breaking news. Union dislikes measure designed to (among other things) contain costs. I bet the FFA/FFV have been caught out by this and have only now just realised that this will turn legally on "restraint of trade" provisions in Australian constitutional, common and statutory law which were clearly described in a famous case involving the NSW Rugby league in the High Court of Australia. Caught out like this, the FFA/FFV have no chance of defending their position. Its all over. FFV should just give in now.
