Tonight I was at another split state league club training session.

The club TD was really frustrated. He is TD of the club and some of the club coaches refuse to follow his recommendations/directives about playing style and formations. He is only too willing to go through the incremental and sequential stages of setting up 4-3-3 for all that club's teams.

Without any equivocation he is one of the top coaches in the state. If I don't get answers from KNVB HQ in Zeist, he is my first port of call.


What would you do in this scenario?
