Can't help but feel the centre left are making stupid mistakes all over Anglo world, using highly disliked candidates like Hillary, Corbyn, and Shorten. I think this will backfire on the Democrats too.

What's even worse for them is they don't even realize they are making these mistakes because they live in the Twitter Bubble or inner suburbs of big cities and do not understand or acknowledge the real worker on the fringes and those in regional areas.

They are just playing buzzword politics and have lost touch with real people.

Long may it continue...

The irony of calling out buzzword politics but using the whole 'real people' thing in the same sentence.

He was a man of specific quirks. He believed that all meals should be earned through physical effort. He also contended, zealously like a drunk with a political point, that the third dimension would not be possible if it werent for the existence of water.

I doubt Trump would agree to such a deal. He does not have the globalist agenda of the Clintons despite their shared love of personal gain.

what's so outrageous here?

That isn't a buzzword.

the real people are those who actually work for a living and pay tax, not the inner city elites who don't have to work and so on. It's not those looney's who glue themselves on the road either.

OIt's great how Trump always proved you all wrong time and time again.

He is currently negotiating a trade deal with China. That's because his tariffs were bringing the Chinese economy down.

But i dout Trump will do it at the expense of jobs in America.

This is why is absolutely vital Bernie wins the Democratic primary imo.

Which just goes to show it won't really affect Trump's 'legacy'.  It should but it won't.

Yeah I don't think it will affect Trump because the dems have literally picked the worst thing to impeach him on. If they chose to impeach him on emoluments clause violations or helping Saudi Arabia commit a genocide in Yemen without the approval of congress and was likely complicit in war crimes, then it would hurt him severely imo.

We can't afford to let these elites back in.

That's the point. If either side are sub-par, it results in the lowering of standards and the loss of reality for both sides.

That's the problem though. Bernie can't win.

Democrats will win at least 196 and probably likely 224 electoral college votes. Republicans will win at least 125 and probably likely 196 electoral college votes, The presidential election will be won in the remaining 118 votes.

That is Florida 29, North Carolina 15 and the ones where Bernie would struggle big time Pennsylvania 20, Wisconsin 10, Michigan 16, Minnesota 10 & Ohio 18.

TBH the most likely paring to win against Trump are two of the current also-rans. A ticket of Amy Klobuchar and Cory Booker is probably their best chance. Klobuchar being the more conservative (Joe Biden) type that has delivered in the mid-west and Booker that will appeal to the more progressive parts of the party elsewhere in  the country.
