Hertha gone down 1-0
Lens got one back 2-1 unsure if Gersbach had anything to do for it.
Hudders down, crap bit of defending in front.. was coming. 1-0

On 10 game form the only team worse than Hudders is West Brom which doesn't help them. Crystal Palace has 11 points which is not only good enough to stay up.... it's level with Arsenal

Jedinak on the bench

By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

I've just been told that Nick Ansell hasn't been in the Tondela squad because he twisted his left knee and is out for the remainder of the season.

Gersback could / should have had an assist just before half time.  Good cross into the six yard box was skied over by the striker arriving late.  I get the feeling from watching the first half that his team mates don't yet trust him. Overlooked for a number of simple passes in lieu of a speculative cross field punt. Unfortunate, as he hasn't done much wrong when he does get the ball.

I remember when I watched them play in the cup it seemed that most of his teammates were reluctant to play him the ball but the winger who played in front of him used him often. They had good chemistry.

Brighton lost 2:0 to Manchester United in the FA Cup. Ryan didn't play. Shows how highly they rate him by being given league priority.

If I had to choose between Brighton and Huddersfield I'd rather the latter. Mooy would surely command interest from a few other PL sides, whilst I could see Ryan going down with Brighton to the championship.

mooy was hardly involved in the game. when he was involved up front he was decent. it wasnt like he was marked out either.  he consistently drops back into dead space to pick up the ball when other players are trying to move it forward.

i can't see hudders staying up if they play like they have the last 2 weeks. absolutely limp in the front half. they seem more content on getting a throw in in the front third than actually working a shot on goal.

again they persist with pointless crosses into the box.  if they are going to play like that they really need to start depoitre and mounie together and play a 4411/442.  they have almost no presence in the box as it is. so their plan is a complete failure.

they need to play mooy as the #10. pritchard is good but he just gets bullied all over the park and can't hold the midfield.  i'd play him on the right since no one else is doing anything valuable there. the fullbacks overlap so he can cut in anyway.

Didn't watch last nights game, but saw the 0-0 against 10 man Swansea last week. Mooy and Pritchard seemed the only players going Hudders any attacking fluency and speed. Whenever either two were in a good position they were too often ignored in favour of going out wide for the cross. Obviously Swansea sat back and defended expertly which made it hard to break them down.

I'm not sure if Mooy is selfish enough to be a #10. He's like the opposite of James Troisi, which in many ways is a good thing. I'd love to see what Mooy could achieve in a side with more quality.

Yeah I wish (at times) he would take that extra touch and shoot, or go for the killer ball. He's clearly capable.
