Im setting up a training matrix for young adult players with trials in 20+ days app 4hrs a day in 2 sessions in the tropics looks like this
gym strength- core - strength - Hard core - strength -hard strength- dance 30min 1 per day
Ball control everyday 45min
8hr break
light football training skills drills shooting 1hr
fitness hill run 1hr beach swim cool down 15min
each day every day for 20 days gym work in air con out door temp 30 humidity 60%
