Looks to be 4475 now.

They have 18k odd members so will be interesting what the retention figure is like.

If their supporters are loyal you would expect 13-14 to remain easy and should renew within the next few weeks.

I think Victory were 10k in 2 days but i cant be sure.

Yeah, Majority of that was the AUTO12 (Monthly instalment) auto renewals.

Wow, WSW doing great guns for a side that had such an awful season.

Got to admit that is impressive. Credit where credit is due.

I'm sure it will slow down, but looks like they will hit 18k afterall.

Up to just under 11.5k in just over 24 hours.

As a Wanderers and Aleague fan i hope this upgrade to Pirtek goes through, at this stage its the only thing holding Wanderers memberships back.

A little off-topic, but I hope the WSW faithful have alot more to cheer for this season. A good break for the team and chance for Poppa and co to learn and reset. Still quite a bit of uncertainty with this team, given too the players/under-performers Popa released have not all yet been replaced. Still uncertainty till they find a quality couple of VISAs to drastically improve their final third, especially.

Anyway, impressive to see 10k renewals deep in this A-League off-season.

We just signed Mitch Nichols so things are coming along, good signing imo.

Upgraded to CAT A for this season at AAMI with a group of 6. Was told CAT A is almost sold out already.

The girl on the line also said they are struggling to field so many calls from new members too :D

It is impressive but at the same time we have to keep in mind we have the auto renew option which helps big time in getting most members resigning as many forget to call up and cancel it.

Woah, hmm, what can that mean then? How many fans do you think would be planning to cancel after a disappointing season? :-k

Then again, perhaps there's somehow enough hope and residual optimism from the ACL win and Popa's squad renewal, that most members are hanging on?! :-k

I think many of us expected a natural drop-off to some degree, so indeed, you may be right, the auto-renewals may be deceptive - though for the good of the club and the league, hopefully they aren't?

Every member got a letter and I think 3 emails reminding them to cancel membership if they didn't want auto renewal so they don't have much excuse but the club is advising people who forgot that they can cancel. I understand the current total of 12,532 is net after some have canceled.
