I remember one year I was meant to buy a mothers day present with my money I earned washing cars. Went down to the arcades and spent 3/4 of it on Street Fighter 2, Ghost N Goblins and Double dragon. Had just enough left over to buy her a snickers bar

You won't see anyone touching the machines now, graphics are poor and the driving is poor too, even compared to a game like Mario Kart.

The machines these days are mainly aimed at 5 year olds...like whack a mole..

Is that x men one the one with 6 players at once..if it's the same one I'm thinking of...that one was hard as fuck and was designed to milk the piggy bank big time.
It's so easy to die in that game...even when you use the special power you lose energy...such a rort

These 3 games define my childhood of arcade games.

Couldn't get my head around the MK dynamics...I was just plain hopeless at it.

I love Midnight Maximum Tune. At Galactic Circus there's always people waiting to use it.
Mario Kart is fun too when there's 4 players in the race.

Is that similar to Dance Dance Revolution

It's a racing game with mostly tuner cars and a story line as well.

You get a card to save your cars and progress in the story and you also a free game if you are the winner in multiplayer.

Interesting rumor, there was a thing where The makers were so shitty with Michael Jordan for withholding his name rights that they coded the game so that the Chicago Bulls had little chance of winning the game if you used them
