+x+xThese are the things that figures don't show. We can already see that WSW are not gonna have the expected 18k plus crowds at every home game, and you can see why. The pitch looks in great nick, but the atmosphere is diluted, because the fans are sitting 100m away from the pitch. It's just too far! This is why oval grounds don't work for our game... C'mon you Wanderers. We'll always love you, never betray you... well, unless you play in an oval ground. Then you can get fcked. I'd rather watch it on telly than at an oval tbf.

+xMelbourne City v Adelaide United - 10,053 Newcastle Jets v Sydney FC - 11,873 Western Sydney Wanderers v Central Coast Mariners - 12,168 Impressive to see all games above 10k in attendance thus far, although the Melbourne game and the Sydney game would have to be considered somewhat disappointing.

+x13,000 for the Wanderers is pathetic. Is the stadium far from Pirtek? Doesn't seem so from looking at google maps It's relatively easy to get to. It's just that it is the worst stadium to watch football in that has ever been used in the A-League.

+x+x+x+xMelbourne City v Adelaide United - 10,053 Newcastle Jets v Sydney FC - 11,873 WESTERN SYDNEY WANDERERS VS CENTRAL COAST MARINERS - 12168 (insert wsw/rbb excuses here) SFC literally had this same game two weeks ago and cope abuse for the poor crowd. Fyi this is not a bad crowd. But dont through stones when you live in a glass house boys. Only difference was that Sydney's game was a 5:30pm kick-off on a beautiful, hot, sunny day when people could have still been laying on the beach. Oh, and the other difference being we still had an extra 3,000 in attendance. I thought they got an extra 2000 because of the ice age movie Doesn't really matter why. We got the extra fans. Fans that were not memebers. Unlike WSW who can't get their own memebrs to go to games.

+x+x+x+x+xSo after three rounds, the only teams to give a higher attendance than Brisbanes first game was the two derbies. To be fair, its Brisbanes biggest game of the season also. Were also top the league for most of last season. Fact is, despite Wanderers' higher membership numbers, both Sydney clubs are about neck and neck.
Seems there are a lot of Wanderers 'fans' that only turn up to games like the one at ANZ, probably bought a shirt in the inaugural season and have probably only been to 3 or 4 games since. ... Lets wait till wanderers have a game on Saturday night/day or even Sunday day before we throw out lines like Sydney is neck and neck with Wanderers lmfao. How about now? And you are right, lmfao at being neck and neck. Always in our shadow. Most of your "members" only turn up to see us play.

Apparently Roar v Glory PAX is 14,586 which is similar to the victory game the day before so it might crack 15k

+xJust to clarify, the final would need 27,035 for this year's cup to match last year's aggregate. We need around 7k to beat the first year aggregate which seems doable, but it's City so you never know... 8,485 sold so far. So very doable. City really need to sell this out and should.

+x+x+xFFA Cup 2014 Average - 3,026 Median - 2,195 FFA Cup 2015 Average - 3,671 Median - 2,550 FFA Cup 2016 (One game to go) Average - 2,894 Median - 2,229 Crowd of 6,996 equals season 1. Crowd of ~15k hits 100k total for the season. Should easily pass that. Hoping this gets the best average for the cup. Too far behind. Even a sellout at the korean housewife stadium won't lift the average above last year. That's a shame. Too many Smaller clubs but that's the magic.

Recently saw this list about attendances around the world, not sure how recent this list was whether it be 1 season ago or this season not sure.
But the A League ranks 15th in the world which i think is actually quite damn good.
