+x+xhope the ACL games kick-off earlier this year. a 7pm kick off will get more bums on seats i reckon. Don't think they can - AFC sets the kickoff times I thought? no, I don't think so. pretty sure one of the Brisbane home ACL games kicked off at 7pm a few months ago. the club did a survey during the year and asked these questions. that's why the Geelong game is now at 5:30pm on a Saturday... because that's what the fans wanted.

+x+xAnyone got membership for this season? I'm stalling as usual. Wondering if worth getting an NT or just go general admission. I wouldnt go NT personally due to it going to be non existent. The back row crew are going to be in the corner (GA) for the next season The idea of it being non-existent is both good and bad - bad cause of atmosphere, but good in that you can now stand and hang out with plenty of room :)

+x+xAtleast Berisha fucked off Kosovo or we'd have no attacking third. Hadn't heard about that so I looked it up and found this (translated from Albanian): "Monday, 12 June 2017 Exclusive: Besart Berisha leaves Kosovo, calls Bunjaku a great loser
Besart Berisha will no longer play with Kosovo. This is his decision after the match with Turkey. In an interview with Indeksonline, Berisha has shown the reasons for this decision."As Albert Bunjaku I will never play with Kosovo, he is my weakest coach in the career I have known, I have come to play for Kosovo the hatri of the people, the fans I love, but Bunjaku It is not my habit to criticize the coaches, but I owe it to Kosovo because it does not leave a trainer like He does not know if he played football or where he was a coach but he is destroying Kosovo He is trying to play a defense system by having the team attacked Believe me that Kosovo has a fantastic squad I have known many stars here , There are highly qualified players, but with Bunjaku we all feel undervalued, "Berisha said. Asked by Indsksonline about who should be the new Kosovo coach, Besi has an answer. "We need some coaches who know how to make tactics, know how to motivate players, for example, an experienced Croatian or German," Berisha said. The Australian football star has said that at the moment he leaves Bunjaku, he will return to play for Kosovo again."I do not want to look at Bunjaku anymore, he has ignored me as a footballer without giving any reason for me, but some managers from Europe and Asia were in the stadium last night and could not believe that there is no place for Kosovo player in football Good in Asia and Australia, "Berisha said. Regarding Berisha's future in Australia, Besi has given us some details."I have offers from Turkey, Germany, China, Spain, South Korea and Dubai. I will review all the offers and make a decision," Besart Berisha concludes."^^^That last bit surprises me, I thought he was still contracted with us. Haven't heard any talk of him leaving I like the name Besi, I hope that sticks

+x+xI know there is still a long time until the season starts but I wouldn't mind a new signung or two. We have one marquee and two foreign spots open right? Just poach from other clubs like you normally do. by my count we have 6 players in our squad that started at other clubs. I'm not sure what the stats are, but I would suggest that is lower than most other clubs.

+x+xBahahhaha this keeps getting better, What a flog. Disappear into footballing obscurity you ungrateful bastard. I'm not sure going from HAL to MLS is moving into obscurity, on a club football level. Unless you mean internationally, where he may be in danger of losing playing time and therefore his spot in the team, which is the big shame (unless thats what you meant). He's become an important part of the squad now, hopefully he can continue to be. I would be more disappointed to lose him from the Socceroos than MV tbh. Nobody cares about MLS.

Troisi, switch to a new team, struggle to adapt or take a while to get into the new team, once in get a move away, lose spot in national team, rinse repeat

+xAnybody got any info on new signings? It is very quiet for a team with such a small squad on the books. Possibly waiting on Milligans availability / decision?

Carrusca has just got his citizenship, would not mind him one bit as an option off the bench with the ACL campaign coming up.
