I think the club has slightly wavered with our youth in recent years -
Just look at Nigro. he is nowhere now. Ingham was starting to show promise then was left out the side - hard for these players to get momentum. Was really expecting a break out year for Nigro tbh. those three weeks where we lost three in a row, surely he could've gotten a run as DM. His only compeition is bozanic, mahazi or broxham.

+xI think in regards to youth, it's very very hard when you're a team at the top to balance it out. Sydney have Ibini simply because he's coming back from major injury, I don't think he would be a player off the bench player in any other circumstance. Attacking wise is probably the hardest. Ingham has been quality off the bench and Austin is a good option (albeit 25). In previous years we've had Galloway in defence competing for a spot, now we don't have that which is unfortunate. I would like to see Nigro get more of a run out in Def/Mid. We do have Deng coming back though, and I expect one of Ansell or Donachie may move on so he can get minutes. Potentially, Baro could move into midfield next season to rotate with an ageing Valeri. In attack, it really is a shame we lost Pasquali as he could offer something completely different when Troisi is off his game, as we have no replacement in AM. A back up for Berisha really is a must, with how his consistent (sounds odd considering he's scored more than everyone) form this season. Howard just isn't good enough. I don't even know how howard is even at a club. Its bambi on ice.

Yup, got played in the pre-season games, caused a massive stir, then Musky never plays him lol. Same goes for Ingham, I thought he absolutely shredded it in the WSW away game and still has to be second or third rung for a winger role. -PB

Perfectly plausible that he was just rested on the easier away games ahead of some big matches coming up, after all.

Hopefully a possible-if-not-likely marquee contract, ACL and the fact he has played his way pack into Socceroos contention with the Vuc will convince him to stay.

Was reading a Fox Sports Football article which said Victory would have to stop dead to stand any chance of falling out of the top two, meaning a home semi-final - most likely at Etihad Stadium on Friday, April 28 - is all but assured. Is this confirmed? I've got plans for something the day after but can't go if the match is scheduled on Sat the 29th. Anyone else heard about the semi scheduling?

Berisha is contracted until the end of next season, as is Rojas.
Ditch Bozanic, Bes and Troisi marquees next season.
When Bes' contract ends, salary cap should have risen to which he'll move under due to his age, and Marco gets marqueed.
We then win 5 titles in a row.
Reality- Troisi and Rojas have another crack at europe at the end of this season and we lose both.
