I've heard that there was a Dogs fan on the other side of the ground, that was too lazy to race 200M and stop the Sharks fan throwing it.

For the first time in my life I have enjoyed a Dragons win.
It will almost certainly be the only time.

Jimmy the Jet is one of the greatest impostors the game has ever seen and I certainly hope we have finished all potential deals with Corey Oates

+xWe won reserve grade, lost flegg. Good win in reserve grade. The first grade experience and fitness of Martin, Eastwood, Nu Brown, Frawley, Okunbor proved the difference in the end. Martin was superb. Cleeland and Cerruto also had good games. Not sure who plays fullback bect year but I like what I saw from Cerruto.

Excellent win only close because of Captain Dud. How is someone so woeful made captain? So sorry for Fine who was having a very good game. A terrible injury on top of a terrible week.

Just watched Graeme Hughes roast that Idiot Buzz Rothfield on Controversy Corner over the Dogs mad Monday.
Has anyone watched Eddie Murphy’s Nutty Professor movies?
Doesn’t that scumbag Rothfield look & sound like Herman Klumpp’s grandmother....?

Yeah and Harrigan and Roach gave it to him too. Cannot stand the ruddy two-faced liar.

What is it with these journos? are they thick in the head or something? I just read our year in review and the person that wrote the article couldn't help themselves and just had to plunge the knife in for a last dig about how we "undone the good effort with Mad Monday". While I am on the subject, has Lyn Anderson and the board told Greenturd to shove his fine yet?

maybe it was a case of Des didn't see the talent we had because his agenda was very different and therefore he was not looking. He was totally focussed on what he needed in his ultimate plan. And as hindsight has shown us, that plan (through stealth), would have crippled us as a club for years.

Anyway in spite of Frawley, I think we are a chance to win the reserve grade comp, and at that level Frawley can have the odd good game.
I want to win because anything is better than nothing, and it will be good experience for some of our young guys.
Noticed Tom Carr didn't play last game, he might be injured? I think he is a good player, and we have 3-4 good wing options.
I'm looking forward to seeing how Harper in particular goes, we need to find as good centre.
Young Lomax from the Dragons is outstanding, but my guess is they have him wrapped up long term.

Stick to netball...Cook's rise to prominence is essentially under Anthony Siebold and he took off this year. I hope he wins the Dally M and I for one would be very pleased for him

I agree steve, if Cook had stayed he may have remained mediocre, whereas he has flourished under Siebold.

Cook is enigmatic. He does go missing if his forwards arent providing momentum and quick play the balls, but he showed even with us that he can spot an opportunity and take advantage of it. The biggest difference with him at Souths is that Seibold fixed the team issues in line speed, forwards hitting advantage line, and quick play the balls. Seibold hasn't improved Cook. He improved the team structure and Cook blossomed. If Des was even one quarter the coach that Seibold is, he would have spotted this. But he wasnt.
