+xHe's appealing against the light! I don't think he looks appealing no matter where he stands. ODF, Villi and I are the ones who are supposed to insult Dman. If you want a gig union fees apply. However you have passed the exam.

+x+x+x+x+x+x+x2 big signings now in Cotric and Flanagan. Hopefully that gives our other prospective targets the confidence to jump on board. One of the positive side they won’t be playing under Desball system ruining their careers . Hopefully Trentball does the job . So instead of getting beaten 12-10 we might get beaten 44-40...(actually this was the score in a reserve grade game against Souths probably 2005) Sounds like an entertaining loss to me! Come to think of it I think we won..it was actually 2003...tried to find it...I know Hutch Maieva was playing...in trying to find exact game found a 6 week passage for the first grade team...round 19 was a bye...what d'ya think Marki.. similar in .2021? Round 17 Newcastle W 48 - 14 Round 18 Brisbane W 40 - 4 Round 20 North Queensland W 42 - 22 Round 21 South Sydney W 62 - 12 Round 22 Melbourne W 50 - 4 Round 23 Manly Warringah W 56 - 24 That sounds too good to be true Steve... You sure? That's min 40 points scored in all those games and average of 50 over the 6 games... Just checked and you are very right.... El masri ended up just shy of 300 season points. Utai and Vagana had 22 and 21 tries each. I dont think we scored 300 points all season this year..... Our For and Against was +283 That wasn't a bad arvo...two games 44-40 and 62-12 158 points...we scored 702 for the premiership rounds.Just needed the loss we had to have but didn't until it was too late!

I was at the semi we lost to the chooks in 2003. Poor team selections from Folkes, dumb options and bad luck cost us. Glen Hughes instead of Asotasi was the one that bugged me and Glenda made a few of the dumb mistakes.

You can be easily accredited ODF All you have to do is meet Dman at Gymea RSL, and if your last man standing after going round for round with the supercoach, your paperwork will be signed off

I was gonna say a quick Gin but that doesn't sound politically correct these days, especially the way that the cheese issue has been handled.

Jimmy Smith reports Steve Price has been sacked as GM of football with the job offered to a “former NRL club official”.
I know of one “former NRL club official” who was very vocal about how he couldn’t work with Anderson and co but now they’re gone.....?
Think of a potato and a head.

With Potato Head if we make a GF, no one wants a rerun of 'that commentary', even the opposition team will want us to win.

Former All Black coach Steve Hanson has joined the Dogs as a high performance consultant. Forget the sport crossover - this is a WOW!!!! appointment. With his record and pedigree he could get a gig of similar in any sport In the world including in The U.S.
And he’s here to bring All Blacks professionalism to the club. No more ‘80’s with this bloke. One of the most significant appointments in our history.
Things are getting serious.

I actually forgot Mr Potato Head had signed with The Warriors. So it’s not him. It’s some other “former NRL club official”. And I’m confident it will be a good one. The Hanson signing shows that Hill has been let off the leash, he’s hunting big game.

I was more interested in Mark Geyer on Triple M talking about Barrett wanting to lure Isaia Yeoh, Stephen Crighton and Matt Burton to the club...

But there's no guarantee this bloke can do or change anything. We live in Covid times and the only thing that will improve us atm is a change in the way we play and a change to the roster. If he can lure some RU talent our way, all good. But if he cant, he will join all the other high performance people we had who managed to extract not much from our current roster.

Now if we can leave Belmore and build Liverpool or Canterbury Racecourse then the 80's goodbye will be complete.

Marki it’s obvious you just don’t know who this bloke is, his achievements or his standing in sport, and not just HIS sport but sport in general. And that’s not a criticism, just an observation. If there was someone of similar standing in AFL (and there’s not) you’d know him and I wouldn’t. But I can promise you every player in The NRL would know this bloke, and every Kiwi in The NRL would be in awe of him.
I want someone who’s gonna bring winning professionalism and culture to our club that will change us forever and I got it, couldn’t have picked a better man for it if you gave me a week to try.
You want a magnet to attract talent, well you just got yourself an atomic strength electron magnet.
That’s who this bloke is.

+xNow if we can leave Belmore and build Liverpool or Canterbury Racecourse then the 80's goodbye will be complete. You need to get more ambitious.... we will relocate Parra to Mars snd use their Stsdium as on of our 5 home grounds, all complete with a Bulldogs leagues club with 500 pokies.
