Indigenous kit has been made. 

Absolutely hate the indigenous jersey concept in any sport. More than 1 culture represents Australia. If we don’t have a jersey to recognise every seperate culture, than that is the definition of racism.

Rather than an indigenous jersey, I’d like to see us put a ‘flag of the world’ on the back of our jerseys in between the shoulders, just above players name.
There is a design that incorporates the current flag of every nation. I’d alter it to include the aboriginal and Torres Strait flags as well.
This would recognise that we are a nation of immigrants from everywhere and be a true reflection of our multicultural society.
Yes, I know some flags will have political connotations, but I think we can rise above that if we include every currently recognised flag.

The ones where the sleeves have the artwork are a perfect balance. I was on the fence about this topic, but I think one of those two designs could easily be our clash kit, and maybe even our first kit. TBH I would much rather those designs rather then the tiger stripes we had at the WC.

I'd love an Aboriginal-inspired away kit using red and black with a gold trim.

I'm not aboriginal, my family came from Europe but as an Australian I see aboriginal culture as part of MY culture too now.

No reason we cant celebrate it on the kit the same way other nations sometimes have elements of their national culture on their kits.

So haven't posted any kit related stuff in a while, just have to say I love indigenous artwork, I've sampled some for some mocks that I hope you enjoy, personally I think an indigenous kit would be perfect for a regular third kit or even having particular aspects of design elements in the regular home and away kits. Would also be fitting that we honor the contribution of indigenous footballers at all levels. Anyhow here's some mock-ups if people are still interested

Yep it is. It's a bit of a cheat because the actual West Torrens blue is more of a royal blue but I think it works well here

Well good on you for getting onto the soap box and abusing others who feel passionate about issues.

Would never buy such a jersey as it has little to do with my culture and upbringing. That's not having a go, it's simply a personal opinion.

If that's the way the wind blows and Australia feel need to include aboriginal culture within a European settled inspired jersey then so be it.

My earlier post was to just bait but glad no one has reacted so thankyou.
I'm so over people on the soap box today - all it is abusing each other - nothing comes to a compromise - the behavior is just as in the school playground or worse like gov question time.
The loud ones are as bad as each other - stfu tbh.

I'd buy a Indigenous kit and expect it to look pretty good - well I hope so.

Sure I like the spew kit and the Nigeria from the WC. If someone suggested those I would have been behind them but this is about an indigenous art kit and I am saying they can look good so I would like one. 

The thing is one group of people want to do nothing because they don't want to step on anyone's toes and be offensive. Another group yells "what about us" whenever anyone else gets something nice. In the end both end up with the same result in massively restricting the creativity and people doing what they want.

Both groups also do what kinda like what you just did. They try and move the goalposts to their side (yours was a bit more neutral tbf). This is very theoretical and let's say their is a spew and indigenous art kit up for vote and I say I like both but the indigenous one more. I am not going to change my vote because someone starts crying about it being unfair and since I like the spew kit it is "easy" for me to change my vote.
