Needs to be able to handle the pressure both on and off the field - More so the stuff off, than that of the stuff on.

A few things that have happened to previous managers and players of Celtic are....  Assaulted in public, including being punch while in a car waiting for the lights to change colour. Bullets being sent to homes (Lennon even had a bomb sent to his house), death threats sent to not only manager(s) and players, but their families too. Houses and property damaged and the likes.

The new manager needs to fix up our defence  first and foremost, followed closely by rebuilding a playing squad that needs at a bare minimum 5 - 6 players who are good enough to go straight into the starting line-up.

They will also need to be able to work closely with the new 'Director of Football', as it is believed that the 'Director of Football' will be in charge of player(s) recruitment.

Needs to hit the ground running, both with 'wins' and 'style' as there won't be any/much time given to whoever comes in. Success is all that counts.

Doesn't seem to much of an issue here, im sure the Scottish FA would apply him an exemption I mean the guy has coached in a world cup otherwise its just silly to put red tape on such an issue like this.

Not up to the Scottish FA, its a pre requisite to manage top tier football in Europe. 
Some sources claim UEFA say he doesn't have the pro licence,  meanwhile I've just read that Archie Fraser insists that he Angev had his UEFA pro a decade ago and may have had to "transfer" it to an AFC pro when he took over the socceroos.
What that means with updating his UEFA pro i don't know,  it looks as if UEFA are reviewing it but it the news is correct that Celtic and YFM have agreed to compensation i guess they are gunning for it being all good. Although he can't even take a training session until he's got the go ahead. 

I'm sure they'll take into account he coached in the world cup .  That can overwrite the fact he might need to do a couple of hundred hours to get his a level badges.

Just means he can adapt to anything .Different styles of play plus enviroment going from Japan to Scotland .

Scottish media saying that Ange will be announced by the end of this week,  inferring that it will be Friday at the latest. Can't see how that's likely,  but it we don't hear an announcement by celtic or by uefa by the weekend surely the odds of him getting the job would start to slim?

Uefa don't  do reciprocaticals for other qualifications.  It's the reason why non Europeans don't really coach in europe 

Compensation getting paid to the F Marinos, if anything unless the licensing issue becomes major obstacle then it should be ok.
