Another issue [insert name here]  will have is results are expected STRAIGHT AWAY - If [insert name here]  needs/wants time to implement their own style of play, then it needs to be done fast, as winning and winning the League are the main things that matters. Yes winning is a must, but so is playing the "Celtic way" when possible - which isn't to different to that of "Ange-ball" (from what I can remember of it) so that should help Ange out if he is the one we sign.

There has been many great players and managers that have/had struggle with the pressure that comes with football in Glasgow, as it is a beast like no other. 

 If [insert name here] can handle that pressure, along with getting the results the fans demand then they will be fine, and have the backing of the fans. On the other hand, if [insert name here] does not get the results straight away, then [insert name here] will then have another issue to deal with, and that is the very vocal fan base (sometimes to vocal) against him. 

With all that said and done, whoever comes in, Ange included, will have my support and the backing of most of the Celtic family too - if things are done correctly🙂

I (along with a lot of Celtic supporters) actually put most of the blame on the board, not Lennon nor coaching staff. We also need to find a better scotting/recruitment team, as we have fail miserably since we lost John Park.

I’m not a fan of Hutchison, but ontong has done a bit for the lower levels.

I've always had a soft spot for celtic but almost every proper celtic or rangers supporter I've come across have been self untitled pricks and their forums seem to back that up. 

Regarding [1] – It was tried back in the early-mid 2000's with some Lithuanian or Russian multi-millionaire/billionaire (cannae remember which) with Hearts. During that period (2005-ish) Hearts actually split Celtic (1st) and Rangers (3rd) by finishing 2nd, which came with the reward of qualifying for the Champions League qualifying rounds.

Unfortunately for Hearts the guy was crazy and a control freak. If he had just left the running of the team/squad to the manager(s) and coaching staff who knows what could have happened. But as I said the guy was crazy and a control freak. So much so, that he started to dictate to the manager(s) which player(s) should be picked and played,  and which player(s) shouldn't be picked or played.

His actions ended up being his, and that of Hearts worst enemy due to all the meddling he did.


[2] – As for Celtic fans being "pricks," unfortunately just like within every other teams supporter base, along within all facets of life on this planet of ours there are "pricks". No, not as a group anyways. That said, there are/will be a few that I would clash with, and some of their past actions I didn't agree with necessarily per se. But on the whole I think they are fine.

The ones that I cannae stand/have issues with are the "keyboard warriors" type of fan - regardless if they are just trolling or actually believe some of the crap they say.

In my opinion those types are the worst, because once you hit the send/post button it's out-there for all to see, and depending on the reaction they get or give usually makes things worse, and not just worse for them, but sometimes it can/does affect all those associated with the Club.
