No doubt they will be back. It will take time with people sorting out iso etc. 

Great to see new teams in the comp this year. Don't see many cupsets in the RO32.

Went to watch Avondale destroy Brimbank Stallions 8-0 the other week to qualify for the Australia Cup. Was a decent crowd for a freezing night in Caroline Springs and was good to see how well Brimbank had promoted the game to their juniors. Once the mainstream understands the rebrand of the FFA Cup I'm sure we will see even bigger crowds in the Preliminary rounds.

I swear I saw the Waratah Cup draw live on Facebook which did end up as Bonnyrigg V Sydney United & North West Spirit v Wollongong United.

Can't find it anywhere though.

They have obviously delayed the R32 annoucement

this year’s Round of 32 Australia Cup as well as a Semi-Final Waratah Cup place June 17.

I think the clubs in Wollongong pay really well.

agreed some good strong clubs down there.
I watched my son play Corrimal Rangersfc during pre season earlier this season, they played very well (good enough for PL2/3) and I heard they are paying some good money for their 1st squad.
Have a good budget that really surpeised me.

is Spirit FC the former Gladesville Hornsby & Northern Spirit combined? 

Magic of the Cup.. this is what it is all about. 

they must be decent to make it this far.

Wollongong Wolves are out now to, Spirit won on penalties. Only one NPL1 club made the 32, thats another first.

To be honest, the Illawarra league has clubs good enough to play in NPL 2/3. When Fraser Park played Wollongong in the cup last year, WU won 2-nil and we were second in NPL4 to the Jets Academy. 

Sydney United, Bonnyrigg white eagles & Wollongong United have qualified for the final 32. With Wollongong Wolves to play Spirit FC tonight for the 4th and final spot.

Huge achievement for Wollongong United to qualify, they become the first Illawarra side to do so in this competition. To put it into perspective they are like a tier 4 or 5 in the NSW structure.
