4 hours of Broooooce up close and personal.

WFMB: Crawling into bed following a long hot shower, and cracking a long neck of Coopers Pale Ale after a gruelling 11 hour shift behind the taps on a pumping Saturday night.Back is sore, feet are sore, legs are tired, but the beer is icy cold, my bed is comfy and my tunes are relaxing. Hospitality hours are cruel, but I do love the life. :) 

I got left with the task of getting 4x tickets for my Aunty @ Hope Estate. Went on sale Friday. I forgot about it and tried to do it 40mins after tickets went on sale and couldn't jag any. Apparently my Mum now considers me the worst son in existence for letting my Aunty down.

WFMB: Footscray in the AFL grand final. It's been fantastic whole family are dogs supporters with dad growing up in braybrook and being at the 54 gf this is pretty cool.
Pity I've missed most of the week with no net or tv at home.

WFMB: ET and Gallen hugging each other crying. Not a dry eye watching. Australia making the world cup will always be the greatest for me but this comes very close for how much it means to nearly every influential person in my life.

Cleaned up 😂 I'm normally terrible on cup day . 
And got a few winners at Ascot and Bunbury thanks to the Noske jockeys .

I'm pretty thrilled first time I've ever backed the winner in the Melb Cup (started in 05), have had about eight horses during that time finish between 2nd and 4th, hell I had Qewy the other night as well. 

Good effort . 

My best day was today . I went some outsiders . 
Picked 3 horses for wins and places that managed to place at odds of between $12 & $19 

And one winner that paid $126 and $19.  

Even with the 8 bets I had one of my best days ever . 

I need to quit while I'm ahead before I lose it all haha . 

WFMB: First year of university all done - final exam was today and hopefully managed to maintain a high distinction average. 

Wfmb: One exam left and a week to study for it.
