Just played an epic Champions League Qtr Final against Roma. 0-0 after both legs, we went to penalties. Both sides had their first saved. We then kicked 9 each. My keeper, legend that he is, then Saved their next penalty, and converted our next penalty, to send us through. Fucking Gun.

They mat have played one ECL season before. But I wouldn't bet on it. My memory on ECL qualifiers is pretty fucking hazy, especially back when it was the Champions Cup.

I've decided FM 09 and its retarded editor can suck a fat one. Bring on FM 08 and an editor that actually lets me do things :-p

I found the editor to be extermely inhibitive. In the past you could even change the colour of the heading displayed for different competitions. Alas, now you have to even create contracts for players yourself to tie them to a club, which was a fucking pain in the arse when I was doing FFT FC.

1) The regens in 08 were consistantly better. I had a striker that was as good as Torres come up through my youth side.
2) He has NO mental or physical attributes at all. Even though he's young you at least want him to have a couple of decent physical stats and better positioning.

My farking hard drive just died on me so I have to start a new game.... Will prolly start in the German 2nd Div again but not sure who with.....

2) He turned 16 the day I took that. He will improve dramatically this year.

Because I had three keepers like that. I'll upload them if I get a chance to run 08 next time I'm working on that computer.

Hah suck a fat one Victory. Snapped them 3-1 away in the 3rd last match of the season, they lost to Wellington, and my 9 game unbeaten run took us 1 point clear in the race for the Minor Premiership.

That's very young. I didn't know they could exist that young. And his value is rediculous in comparison to his attributes.

Yeah ... fuck that. 1-0 to me in the first leg of the semi.. 2nd leg comes around, Victory are playing like Brazil, I get trashed 4-0. Fuck that. Do you wish to exit? Yes please. This second leg bullshit fucks me over with every goddamn team I play. I win the first leg, sometimes by 3 or 4 goals, second leg, AI manager fires them up with his teamtalk, other team become unstoppable, I lost 5-4 on agg or some bullshit like that.

Some of his key attributes already stack up against my seniors. He's still got a lot of progress but that's crazy for a 14 year old. Coaches reckon he's got the potential to be as good as my $8 million 19yo regen. Definate future wonderkid, I've just never seen one so young.

I'm not the only one who has noticed the same thing, not here I guess though if you haven't come across it.

We should try an A-League FMO or something. A-League because it won't take very long and there aren't many teams.

Getting everyone online at the designated time is going to be tough though. And we'd need a host server (Someone with awesome internet and an awesome computer).

Having never actually gone near FM online, can you just set up one off matches between saved teams? Coz I'd love the chance to pit my QPR side against any challengers.
