Bellamy would be close to the bargain buy of the season if it weren't for Ba being light years ahead of every other bargain buy

Anyway, fuck this shit off and lets talk about the game.
Shelvey got his first goal, so did Downing, Stevie is back, Carroll scored a screamer and Bellamy continuing his fine form. 18 games, 8 goals, 6 assists. Averages a goal/assist every 56 minutes. One of the bargain buys of the season.

Dan Roan danroan Dan Roan @ @Philteddylfc @lfc @richard_buxton_ Merseyside Police deny any arrests for racially aggravated offences at Anfield
@NickParrottBBC Nick Parrott There were black and Asian fans near the fan who hurled abuse at #Adeyemi, I didn't see them react to the fan. #LFC stewards didn't react
Tony @smullo 37m
A massive African American went straight up to the Head Steward to tell him no one did any such thing, this is disgusting #LFC
Hate the Mirror for jumping on it like they did, but whatever. If some dickhead fans did it, ban them for life, case closed.
It's only a story because of the whole Suarez thing. Every club has dickhead fans, nothing we can do about it.

The Guardian wrote: A witness who gave evidence to Liverpool officials and the police said: "I was to the right of the Kop and the No11 turned to walk away after a tackle. I heard a single voice shout, 'You fucking black bastard.' He spun round with shock on his face and started pointing at the crowd, from where the shout had come."

He allows himself to get pushed around far too easily. And for a guy who's 6'3", he's quite underweight at 73kg. He needs to bulk up so he can be used as a target man instead of being pushed around up top when he's lone striker.

He didn't have a lot of chances to do anything this morning. He had a quiet game. Richards had his measure for the entire second half. There's no point crossing it if there's nobody in the box. Andy was so isolated, he'd be up against 3-4 players in the box and be all on his own.
We need to commit more players in to the box. It's been a problem all season.

Talk that Liverpool will be wearing keeper gloves in their next game to show their support for Reina :d HE admitted to using it in a non-racial context. The statement from Luis does seem more professional and well-worded than the one from the club though: Luis Suarez wrote:Hello everyone,
First of all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for all the support I've received these past few weeks. To my family, friends, mates of Uruguayan team and its staff and of course to the Liverpool F.C. (workers, coaches, managers, my teammates, and all who are part of the day-to-day life of this great club), and, of course, all the fans who never once allowed me to feel... alone for even a single second throughout all of this. These past days, I have felt the meaning of that support more than ever: You never walk alone.
As many of you know, I was born into a humble family in a working-class neighborhood of a small country. But born and raised with the values of respect, politeness, and sacrifice. My family, from the very first club where I started playing up until my move to Europe, have instilled the values that have shaped the person I am today. Let me be absolutely clear: I've never -- ever -- had a single racial problem with any team mate, player, or person with a skin color or race different from my own. Never.
As a result, I am very upset about what has been said about me in recent weeks, all of which have been very far from the truth. This is further compounded by the helplessness I feel for not having done anything yet being accused of something I did not nor would ever do. In my country, the Spanish word for “black” is a term commonly used and does not symbolise any disrespect, let alone racism. Everything that has been said beyond that is completely and utterly false.
I will comply with the sanction, but with the acquiescence of someone who has not done anything and who feels extremely upset about what has transpired. I’m sorry for the fans and for the teammates who I will not be able to assist in this coming month. This will be very difficult for me.
My only wish is to get back to the stadium and do what I like most again, that is, to play football.
Thank you all very much, YNWA Luis Alberto Suarez. As for the outcome of this morning. It was another typical Liverpool game. Dominate possession, keep the ball in the opposition half. Have more shots on goal, more passes, more crosses,. Basically dominate every statistic in the book. And lose 3-0. IF we don't sign a striker this January I'm going to be miffed beyond words.

He said negro.
That does not equal engaging in a racist act.

I think the funniest thing about Reina's mistake is that when he goes to kick the ball away in anger afterwards, he kicks it into the post and it flies back and hits him in the shoulder
